Nice swimming pool, sea view, good breakfast and dinner

The trip was work-related therefore having good Wi-Fi was something that needed priority, but the NOUR WIFI was terrible. The staff did answer our question but because of translation, there were some issues but nothing big.

2 days nice stay in a nice hotel, so close to beach and ocean. They did though give us a room without balcony or terrace, even though it was stated in the reservation/booking 😔

I booked a sea view room and the attendant, Amina, told me that they don't have any seaview rooms available. I was pretty upset about this. She just shrugged it off and then called her manager (worked on the evening of May 5th). Her manager was even more rude and showed me an alternative room with a backyard view and had a gall to call it a "seaview" room. He blamed it on ******* to mark the room as "seaview" during my booking. His unprofessionalism was pretty upsetting. Refused to give me his name. Worst staff ever!

Good spot, affordable, nice beach access

Rude and awful customer service. We arrived at the check-in time. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the agent was snapping fingers to ask us to come to the desk!!!! First he said we were 3, while the reservation was already for 3 people. Then he asked to pay the city tax in advance. When we said we want to see the room first to make sure it conforms to the reservation, he said he won't change it anyway. We left after a few minutes because of the bad attitude and condition of the hotel It was obvious the staff has no clue of hospitality manners. The reception all wet, looking like a sauna. The AC was off to save on power consumption.

Great bargain. I definitely recommend it to others
