friendly staff. the hotel location is near the MXP airport but you have to get a shuttle bus or hotel bus to get there.

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two

Have bugs all over the floor and also we killed an insect …one night is more than enough.

Although it is said to be an airport hotel, it still takes 45 minutes to walk from the international terminal. We all fainted after walking there. You can take the hotel car, which costs 5 euros each way and takes about 5 minutes to drive. There is nothing nearby. There is a restaurant with good ratings where you can eat, but there are many people there. When I first arrived, the two people at the front desk were just talking to themselves and completely ignored us coming in. He didn't ask me until I stared at them for almost a minute. Don't bother to pay attention to them. Totally deceived, won't go back.

Bad service. We arrived at 10pm, the restaurant was already closed and the hotel, being rated 4 stars, did not have a bar or dinner space inside for customers arriving from the airport late.

It is a bit far from MXP, you need to take a taxi (minimum consumption of 14.5 Euros) or take the hotel shuttle bus for 5 Euros (10 Euros before 4:00 in the morning), the hotel is quite quiet. If you want to play indoors, it would be better to live next to the airport, so that it is more convenient to take the train into the city.

Convenient to depart from terminal 1

This hotel is highly recommended, no negative comments. The pizzeria restaurant which is not part of the hotel is also excellent. Simple breakfast but definitely ok.

Expectations met

This is false advertising on the hotel's part, it was advertised everywhere as a four star hotel. This is more like a one star hotel if that. As soon as we entered the room there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. The toilet is completely disgusting with stains on the seat and smelled of urine. The shower handle had mold on it. The room was so dusty because you could see the dust on the pillows and the bed. There was also a stain on the wooden floor which seemed to not have been cleaned at all. This hotel cheated us by advertising itself as a four star hotel when it is not even one star.

The room was unbearably hot, over 23 degrees. Couldn’t turn it down or open a window. Tried to complain at the desk but I was ignored, and we didn’t sleep at all due to the heat. Really I want a refund but have struggled to contact someone.
