Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I chose this hotel for its location. one night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel.

The hotel is new with new facilities, but it’s more or less in the middle of nowhere. Not much around no restaurants or coffee shops, even Meituan don’t want to deliver to the hotel. Hopefully that will change in the future, then the hotel might be a good alternative for visitors for the surrounding factories.

Nice hotel near Cixi. Fair price but check in/out service need to be improved, very slow and no feasibility.

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night.
We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel.
I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

my colleague had a problem on his credit card, the staff of the hotel helped a lot to solve the problem. hotel itself is beautiful and clean, food is great.

The room is a bit too warm as the air con was not available. Other than that, the front desk service and the breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory.
