Convenient location (close to main train station and easy to get to other parts of Düsseldorf).

Good location that is very near to the train station if that is the way you travelling by. One thing that bothers me about this hotel is that the doors cannot be double locked from the inside. So one morning I had the hotel staff just opened the door for room service while I am still around. He didn't knock, and I have no way to lock the door from the inside either. Very bad security for a 4 star hotel in this current day and age. Room is fairly basic, with no drinking water provided, and no amenities in the toilet. Won't return.

Great place for a solo traveler. Room was spacious for 1 person staff are really nice . Nothing to complain about

All things in the hotel are old! They should change everything! The elevator is not working very well, room should have refrigerator, the toilet is too small, room should have a safe locker, the towels are not new and everything in the room should be change because its old!!The price of 1 night is expensive !

Reasonable price with good location and nice breakfast, the problem is the room card is not very responsive, always have to go to reception to activate the room card.

The rooms are clean and very large. People who have had bad experiences are more sensitive to complacency. If I come back to Düsseldorf I will be happy to stay here again. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Europe. It is not close to the train station and the room smells old. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear any sound from the corridor. The door lock is very weak. Moreover, the efficiency of the front desk was very low, and there was no fast check out service. We had to wait in line for twenty minutes, which was very inhumane! It seriously delayed our journey. The key is that you spent money on a four-star hotel to get a one-star experience, which is too low value for money.
