Check in was slow as they had to take deposit and do paperwork. Crowded during peak hours, no space to wait for cars. Do Bear in mind there is no 14 or 4 24 so it's 13a 3a 23a. We pressed the wrong floor 13 instead of 13A as we didn't know there is a 13A button. Wifi wasn't working and technician had to come and help reset system. No pool towels, have to bring your own.

Smooth check in. No hassle. Suite room with 3 bedrooms, one king size bed, 2 twin beds and a queen size bed, 2 toilets. Balcony access. Nice cosy place. Not a smart TV. Location good. Walk around city square, komtar, near to CIQ. Opposite convienient food place. Toilet was clean. Only some towels, there are stains. But you could request it to change. Bed pillow is comfy. Overall, good!

Room had a musky smell upon going in. Cleanliness was ok but we have ants on the kitchen cabinet, toilet and on the bed. Swimming pool area is badly lit as the kids swim area is very dark. Only managed to swim at night upon kids request since we were out mostly during the day. But staffs are friendly and love their service. Location wise is good as it’s nearby all the awesome food eateries and opposite is the Lepak Corner which opens 24/7.

Lift was spoilt and it was a terrible experience going up and down. The entire people inside the hotel took service lift and it was a chaos. Lift spoilt at night, until morning still not able to fix it. Missed the lift alot of time due to pack. Horrible experience. Other than that, place and cleanliness was ok. Breakfast was normal.

Hotel is good and big. But only the aircon in the masterbed room was not cold. Called the staff and was told they just had serviceing But due to other 2 more room on aircon hence, master bedroom was not cold. Windows all cant be lock.

It was a pleasant stay except that there were no hand towel and floor towel in the bathroom. We got to request and shortly after, the towels were delivered. The apartment was clean and spacious with good seaview.

Hotel location is central and convenient! Like the big living room space. Breakfast is decent but not much variety. Generally is a pleasant stay!

Relatively clean based on my standards. The occasional dust and mold in the wet areas is ok. Air conditioning is strong and great. Proximity to shopping and key attractions is a plus.
