The location of the resort is right on the beach and that is the only positive thing about this. The hotel staff is very lazy and pretend not to understand English. They don't even arrange for pick up and drop and no answer when called. Breakfast options are basic and not great.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location and great restaurant.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The room was not very clean. The mattress only had sand, the water flowed very gently. The room didn't have a towel in front of the bathroom, which we took to the resort. The staff informed that the towels were out of stock. The laundry hasn't arrived yet. There isn't any room. This is the answer from the front desk staff. In summary, we stayed for 2 nights and didn't get a towel. Coming out of the bathroom with wet feet The whole room was wet. The water at the sink was not clean, the water was full of black debris. You have to bring drinking water to wash your face and brush your teeth. We also have a small child. When going out to play in the water Report the front desk to the housekeeper to clean it first. Because we'll finish playing in the water. If the children come to sleep, they won't be able to do it. I received an answer that I would have to wait until after 2 p.m., so I asked if the little one was asleep. The employee responded that the housekeeper had to go in and do it. That is, we must carry our child outside. There are few employees and not enough customers. During breakfast, customers do not have chairs to sit on. The employee didn't find a chair, he looked for a place to sit, he wanted to bring a chair to sit himself. For dinner in the evening, we chose to eat here because of the nice a**osphere and live music, so we reserved a table and it was my son's birthday. We chose to order the grilled seafood set for 1800฿. What I got was just a small crab and shrimp and it wasn't fresh at all. I've got food. Plates and spoons were not provided. But there was no one sitting at the table, all the plates, spoons and cups were placed. Our table had been reserved since lunchtime. We didn't even get food. We asked the staff to go 2-3 times. You can't eat it and wait until it's gone. Asked for mosquito repellent 4 times before getting a special day. Instead of being special, it made me very upset. But we tried to suppress our emotions. Because my boyfriend was very upset and angry at that time. Oh, and the hotel announced that there would be pancakes for the little one instead of the birthday cake, which is a free complementary. From the hotel which the younger brother did not receive The hotel phone is difficult to call. After finishing breakfast We took our children to sit by the sea and play in the sand. We went to order drinking water. The hotel refused and said the bar opened at 11 a.m. Very confused, just drink water and have to wait for the bar to open. We had to bring milk for the children to drink instead of water. Overall, we're not very good. I feel like the employees don't really care about the customers. P.S. The good thing about the resort is the good a**osphere, good tasting food (Tom Yum, fried fish with fish sauce), and there is live music in the evening. There is a fire show. There are staff to help carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It didn't take long to check out.

The beach here is beautiful, peaceful, and very private. The rooms are good and the breakfast has a variety. I recommend it.

I like that it's a private beach. The beachfront rooms are very good, right next to the beach. There are comfortable beach chairs to sit and watch your children. The beach is clean, not too crowded with tourists. You can play in the sea all day and the sun doesn't shine much. Catching the wind crab is fun.

The room is pretty good. There is a sea view right out of the room. Because it is a pristine environment, you still need to bring mosquito repellent.

The beachfront house we stayed in had nothing but great views. I found two cockroaches in the room. I don't know if I didn't see them at other times. The room is very old and the toilet is really unbearable and broken. I stayed in B15, which had a view of the sea from the side. There are only 7-8 beachfront rooms in the hotel facing the sea. When the tide goes out, there are very small sand crabs. The children were quite disappointed. Last year we caught crabs as big as the palm of our hand in Krabi.

The hotel is located in the middle of the island, a bit away from the pier. Beachfront room, with the beach at the door. The room is average and there are many bugs, so be sure to bring spray. The staff are not very good at English, and it is difficult to communicate without Thai. When I arrived, I ordered a smoothie. The taste and price were not very good, so I don’t recommend it. The hotel breakfast is okay. If you see someone walking by the beach selling coconuts, you can buy one at a reasonable price. Go up to the left and go shopping.

We really enjoyed. Everything was great, we will definitely come again.
