Service level is good. But I recommend to make database of customer. I usually stay here once a month, but I have to listen/ask same thing at front office. Sometimes I feel I’m talking with robots. If you can improve it, it will be the best. Thank you

I bought the tickets for Jolin Tsai's concert at the last minute. I saw that all the hotels in Nanchang were sky-high. I have always had a good impression of Accor hotels, but this one needs to improve a lot. 1️⃣The mini bar in a five-star hotel is empty? 2️⃣After taking a shower and taking off my clothes, I wanted to ask the front desk to buy me a cup of Sprite across the street. The front desk guy promised to help ask the aunt who was free. I waited for half an hour but there was no response... I had to call back 3️⃣After the concert, I stayed at the hotel. The front desk lady was kind enough to upgrade my room, but you should know that the 12th floor is the wedding floor. I don't know what customs are in Nanchang. I was catching a 10:40 train in the morning, but I was woken up by a wedding before 6:30. Shouldn't the staff be more considerate? 4️⃣There are too few types of breakfast, which is similar to Holiday Inn Express... Pros: Very close to the subway entrance, very close!

Booked Pullman, but was moved to the next door Shepard. Checked in at around 9pm. The window of the first room could not be locked. It was past 10pm when I moved to the second room. After washing up at around 11pm, I found that the light could not be turned off. I called someone to fix it again at around 11.40pm. Both rooms had problems. I had to pack my luggage. I didn't dare to change for the third time. It was very bad... There were handprints on the wall... The timid ones dare not stay. There were strange noises in the room at night. I got up to check several times and basically didn't sleep all night. It should be normal for the room to have problems. There was no apology. Is this kind of hotel still a five-star hotel? It's terrible.

Room Facilities: A bit old, need to be replaced. The carpet may be old, and it has a faint musty smell. It also needs to be replaced! The hotel service is still good, friendly and enthusiastic.

The overall hygiene is too poor. When I entered the room, I saw hair on the bed. It was unbearable. In addition, the shelf under the sink was deformed, and there was no paper towel on the sink. The experience was too bad. This is a real review for reference for friends who are considering staying.
