04年開始出國遊，每年至少1-2次，談不上豪華遊，但是酒店基本不訂800人民幣以下，這個酒店是住過最差沒有之一，跟照片嚴重不符，臟到有心裏障礙，地毯積塵污穢，傢俱破舊不堪。一共訂了兩晚，期間找攜程客服協調，包括嘗試換房間、或者住一晚退一晚另找住宿，也不要求賠償，攜程客服很盡心溝通，但是遭酒店拒絕，説衹有這個房間，早退自負損失！！跟酒店前台交涉期間也看到很多韓國團體入住，對於亞裔客户態度粗魯傲慢，1000多一晚的房價像個笑話。
順便説下，羚羊谷確實是個出片的景點，但佩奇小鎮無比簡陋粗鄙灰塵漫天，比國內很多高速公路服務區還不如，並且這家靠全世界旅行者養活的酒店工作人員毫無感恩之心！

bath is not clean..floor wall so wet..
warm food breakfast is not refilled.
But Location is good, Near horseshoe bend.
Almost so bad or not good except View and location and big size room.

房間舒適 早餐種類較少，飯店距離羚羊谷只有11分鐘的距離，非常棒，飯店櫃檯態度非常好，有什麼問題都會解決

Ne pas prendre plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel, la ville n'est pas très intéressante et les activités proposée soit disant par l'hôtel ne sont pas fiables: restaurant fermé, piscine indisponible soit disant pour une semaine complète mais vu la couleur ça doit dater de plus longtemps et il faisait 30 degrés. Chambre vieillissantes et si on réserve par booking ou une agence de voyage on a droit aux chambres vue sur le parking...

Hôtel ne méritant même pas 1 étoile. Vétusté, chambre sale pas insonorisée literie hs, personnel incompétent et antipathique les communs toilettes bouchées pas nettoyées, une HORREUR. Lisez les autres commentaires ils sont éloquents.
