Don’t like this hotel at all. It’s like a 3 star hotel. My first and last here. Everything about this hotel is smell old and dirty. The areas also full with Bangladeshi, Indian or similars. Only the breakfast is great !

The worst Crowne Plaza Hotel I've ever been to. The carpet in the room was dirty and old. The bed in the room was clearly 1.5 meters long, but they said it was 1.8 meters long. The wash basin leaked badly, and the whole bathroom was full of water when I washed my face. The air conditioner was very loud, and the sound insulation was poor. It was not easy to sleep at all. I asked the front desk every day to change the room, but the front desk said every day that there was no room. They didn't change my room until the 7th night.

The older hotel is quite enthusiastic, but the efficiency is a bit out of adjus**ent. I ordered a room service at night and scanned the QR code to order the meal for more than an hour. I didn’t come after I called and found that I didn’t pay attention to the online order because it was late. I said Then I canceled the order and thought about going to bed. Half an hour later, the service staff knocked on the door and took a fruit plate and two glasses of juice. It seems to be an apology. Thank you very much for their sincerity, but I can't understand their logic. Maybe it's a cultural difference. Knock It's almost eleven o'clock at the door, and it's not a good experience.

酒店房間比較大，周圍環境還算比較理想，沙特天氣太熱了，每天都衹有下午才能開始活動。吃的東西也還行。推薦。

The hotel was awesome. The staff were very cordial and caring. The food was tasty in the restaurant. Shahin Robi was great and took care of my room pretty much everyday! Highly recommend it for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Riyadh at a reasonable price!
