The location is good but after it get darks the area turns into dangerous location. The rooms need renovation and the rooms are too small. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of different things. There was a young lady with long black hair in the lobby, she was a bit rude and she even did not speak a word in English. That is very strange that such a big hotel with many foreign tourists, someone in the lobby without speaking a word in English

The location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Sao Paulo. Not recommended to walk out at night as it gets pretty seedy in the area. Rooms are basic and tired. We were first given a standard room then were transferred to what I thought might be an upgrade, as we paid more for the room than listed. Turns out they put us in a handicapped room that more resembled a very sterile hospital room. It was bigger, but much less comfortable. You can hear plenty of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings.

Excellent service from the entire reception staff, very friendly, good cleanliness, very good breakfast. Great location for those going on March 25th.

The hotel is in a privileged location. Access to taxi ranks, subway, restaurants and bakeries is quick. the breakfast is excellent. The service is very good. As in other hotels I've stayed at, it doesn't seem to offer an external water fountain (at reception, for example) for guests, which I think needs to change. Everyone who is a guest must have free access (or already included in the price of the stay) to water.

Room with a musty smell and very poorly finished

For what is charged, the room is very small and simple. Region does not appear to be safe, especially at night. Good breakfast.

The facilities are old but good, except for the toilet board that was broken and uncomfortable. The service was reasonable, with delay in service. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. It was one of the highlights of the stay. The location is good and easily accessible. I would stay at the hotel again for the value for money.

Business center and convenient transportation

Terrible surrounding environment, dirty rooms and a lot of internal and external noise.

I've been a customer for some time and I've noticed that the rooms need renovation, there are moldy rooms, moldy bathrooms, the last one I stayed in, the shower door wouldn't close. The air conditioning doesn't cool, the sheets and pillowcases are all yellowed from old age, the towels are worn and dirty, in short, the quality of the hotel has dropped a lot.

The rooms that were reserved for us were dirty, we were changed rooms. But in these other rooms, one had the shower handle loose, and in the other, a lot of water was coming out of the ventilation blade. We have stayed at this hotel several times, but we have never had any problems, it has always been perfect. But this time was different.
