It was almost an excellent stay. Good room, huge window with beautiful view, clean bathroom. Also they have amenities on the 1st floor near the lobby and this is a great idea. Thank you.

A good place to stay

The hotel is about 5 minutes walking from the train station.

Very good location!

Very close to the station, the location is very good. Very suitable for people who want to go to the station early to catch a train. There are FamilyMart, 7-11, and Lawson nearby, which is very convenient. To go to Yuzawa Ski Resort, it only takes 20 minutes by Shinkansen, which is considered a high-cost accommodation option.

Breakfast is really good and very cost-effective. The air in the room is very poor. It's hard for the whole family to sleep. There is no fresh air. There are many other brand hotels nearby, I will definitely not choose them again next time

The sleep was the best compared to the T Hotel the next day. I would like to stay again. I didn't have high expectations for the breakfast, but there was a wide variety and I was very satisfied.

The room is very clean. The waiter is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich, Japanese cuisine with local characteristics. The car can be parked at the back door of the hotel, which is convenient for guests to get on and off. Very good

It's difficult to write a fair review when you've just come from a better western hotel. The only negative thing was that the bathroom wasn't really clean. There were long black hairs in the sink. A fresh sheet with stains had been put on one of the beds. Otherwise everything was OK. The room was quiet and spacious by Japanese standards. The breakfast was very Japanese but everything was fresh and there was plenty of it. Our luggage was stored even after we checked out, which was a big help to us.

I stayed here for a family trip. When I asked where the ice machine was, they kindly put ice in our water bottles. They also kindly helped me out with my forgotten items, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but they didn't have my favorite fresh fruit, so I took one minus point off.

It was supposed to be closer than Takasaki Station, but the bus rotary stood in my way and I was unsure whether to go from the top or from the bottom. If you go from the second floor, there are only stairs at the end, which can be difficult if you have heavy trunks, luggage, or children. There was a facility in the lobby where you could leave your luggage for free if you had transportation electronic money, which was helpful. There are also two coin laundry machines (washing and drying machines) on the 5th floor. They also provided detergent for free, which was very helpful. I also liked that the pillow had a front and back side, and the hard side was very comfortable to sleep on.

I called the hotel because I didn't know the location. I felt very welcomed by the very kind front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, but there was a problem with the bathtub drainage. That was my only regret.

This trip will use Takasaki Station as the center. It is very convenient to take the bus and transfer to Echigo-Yuzawa, Karuizawa, and Kusatsu. I found the Washington Hotel next to the station. After exiting the station and walking over the overpass, I walked across an intersection and it took less than five minutes to walk (without pushing my suitcase). The overall feel of the hotel is refreshing and tidy. The standard single room is not the most compact among budget hotels. Even if there are two people staying there, it will not feel crowded. The overall feeling is quite suitable as a place to stay for one night during a trip.

It was close to the station and easy to use. We also had an air purifier so we could stay comfortably. I would like to use it again when staying in Takasaki.
