Hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was upgraded.

We really enjoyed our stay 🤩 We felt like we struck gold with this hotel! Great location, very clean, kind, happy and helpful staff even with our language barrier🇹🇼🇦🇺 Only critique is that the water in the shower takes a while to heat up but we were on the 5th floor so completely understandable and wasn’t an issue once it was nice and warm 😁 Highly recommend the King Hot Spring Hotel 🫶🏼🫰🏼

This one is more like a youth hostel, located close to the Taiwan Railway Station. The hotel is on the roadside, and the windows are not well insulated, so we are often noisy by the sound of cars. We stayed on the 5th floor, but the hotel does not have the 2nd and 4th floors. The underground floor in Taiwan is the 1st floor, so it is actually the 3rd floor. I chose a certain size when booking the room, so the room space is okay, but the bathtub is too small, suitable for children to soak in, but adults can't soak in it at all, and it doesn't feel like the hot spring water the hotel claims, it's just ordinary hot water.

The door is not sensor-operated, you have to manually pull the door. The hotel seems to have been renovated, but it still looks like an old hotel. The bathtub is very small, which may be uncomfortable for boys to soak in. Women think it is too small, and the whole room is too small. Yes, shampooing and bathing are done by going up the mountain to collect herbs.

Throughout my stay, no matter what needs or questions I had, the front desk staff were able to provide quick solutions and considerate assistance, making me feel at home. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Imperial Travel. Their professional attitude and thoughtful and attentive service made me feel the warmth of home during the trip, making this stay experience particularly unforgettable. I look forward to staying at Emperor Travel again next time and sharing this pleasant experience with my family and friends.

The hotel is located near Jiaoxi Railway Station and not far from the passenger transfer station. The transportation is very convenient. The busiest Jiaoxi Street is right in front of the door, making it easy to go shopping and eat.

The only saving grace of this hotel is the location, there is a small 7 next to it, you don’t have to go too far to eat or buy, but the double bed in the room is hard enough to sleep or two single beds are put together; I dare not sleep in the middle all night, Because there is a gap, when you do exercise at night, the two beds will automatically form a gap and separate automatically... It's bad enough

The hotel is located on the street and the room is clean. It is recommended not to purchase additional breakfast. I added NT$250 to buy breakfast for two people, but I only got two Chinese breakfast coupons worth NT$70. So helpless! 

Clean and comfortable space, close to the bustling business district. You can go shopping easily downstairs. The park opposite is very beautiful and close to the bathhouse. It is a good choice. I will definitely choose this business hotel again if I have the opportunity.
