Clean and tidy, the room is spacious and bright, there is a rest area in the lobby, and the service attitude is good.

The location and environment are quite good. The attitude of the waiters is very professional. From the front desk to the logistics staff, as long as you have any questions, they will try their best to solve them for you. The check-in time was still early that day. I booked two rooms with children. The front desk waiter could choose a room to check in first and also helped us refrigerate the food. At night, the children couldn't sleep because of the dripping toilet. The front desk staff and the logistics uncle checked, repaired and handled the plan very well. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel's equipment is insufficient. There is no refrigerator in the room, the toilet is easily blocked, and the drain is dripping, but the room is clean. 

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and I asked her to avoid the lift room as much as possible. The two young ladies were very nice and helped me choose the middle room. There are many parking spaces, the room is very clean, and the toilet has a light fragrance... The air is very suction, the water pressure is very good, the bath is very comfortable, and the air conditioner is strong👍The mattress is very hard, I am very timid and can't be taught😅 , Dianzhixunluo is so comfortable, hard yet soft. Although the hotel is not a smart device, it doesn't matter. There are a lot of places to eat around... Check out and the lady at the front desk was surprised that we didn't have any water to drink, so she specially gave us 2 bottles of water.. It was very heartwarming 💖 I will book again next time, the hotel is very good👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is comfortable, clean and sanitary. The price is over 200. The cost performance is very high. The front desk service is also very good. They are enthusiastic about the guests. There is a laundry room and a gym. I will stay here again if I go to Tanzhou next time.

The hotel location and staff service are great. 2 bottles of water are provided for free in the room every day. I was kind enough to ask for it when I left. Don't drink water on the road. The air conditioner is in place and the dust filter is very clean. The quilt cover and towels in the room are very white. Even the floor of the room needs to be cleaned more. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is super loud. I really hope the hotel management can do something about it. After seeing the reviews, I can make solid improvements. The hotel room, which opened in December 2023, is clean and tidy. The lobby is exquisitely decorated with a modern feel. The waiters are kind and proactive. The only thing about the hotel is that the soundproofing is poor. Many Chinese people complained in the corridor that even if they wear ear chambers, they still clearly hear the noise and it affects their sleep!

The hotel is newly opened and some of the rooms are not yet fully equipped. I stayed in a deluxe suite. The room was spacious and cost-effective. The hotel uses intelligent robots to deliver meals, which feels good, and the service attitude of the employees is also very good.
