The stay was amazing the staff were also very amazing and hardworking I liked my stay very much as much as I loved it there there was one problem which the power cut out and the Internet didn’t work for a day other than this I highly recommend this hotel, furthermore this hotel is close to practically everything metro stations so as public transportation super markets are also near this hotel which makes this a very good place in Barcelona Thank you and I hope to see you again in the future

The location is very good, the English at the front desk is great and the communication is smooth. The episode is the last thing we left behind but we do n’t know the courier and the rules. This is my favorite hotel in Spain. First of all, from the geographical point of view, it is very superior, just opposite the Casa Batllo, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Casa Batllo at different times. Secondly, from the size of the room, he is actually the nature of the apartment. No. 62 is a hotel. It is only a hotel on the 62nd. The room is super super large. Actually, at least six people can live. There is a special product basket in the living room. Things are free, very intimate, but the kitchen is charged! Third: the hotel's breakfast and great, the restaurant's little brother's sweet smile is very handsome and handsome! The food is also very good, and finally the little brother will also ask you if you have eaten well. Finally, remind everyone that don't bring too much cash when traveling to Spain, don't talk to strangers at random, there are many thieves!

I'm very satisfied with the room. It's 500 meters away from Plaza Catalunya and a few minutes' walk away. The nearest metro station is just a matter of crossing two corner traffic lights. The central location is within walking distance of all Barcelona attractions. The house is a newly renovated and uniformly managed hotel apartment. The reception staff at the front desk were patient and responsible. We arrived almost an hour early and checked in smoothly. Thank you very much. There are four people in the group, two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The living room and dining area are very spacious. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Barcelona. Before leaving, the dressing mirror in the bedroom was accidentally broken. The staff immediately went upstairs to check and confirm our safety, and then said that we did not need to compensate. My friend felt very guilty. The warm service and spacious living environment are worth visiting.

I have stayed there on three separate occations. It is spotlessly clean and completele with kitchens. The Mercado is a short block away on Mallorca but closed on Sundays. The beds are comforable and the one bedrooms have large closets. The windows open and if you are on the street side it is still quiet as the bedroom is toward the inside court yard. There is a lovely terrace on the top floor complete with loungers and a table with four chairs. The staff is really accomadating and very helpful. They can arrange transportation. Once they couldn't book transportation to the cruise ship terminal and even came out onto the street to help with getting a taxi. The cleaning ladies are wonderful too. In all a fabulous home away from home.

Our stay at the Suites Avenue hotel was excellent in every way. The apartments are modern, clean, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The hotel staff members were all courteous, competent, efficient and ready to assist when needed. The location is also excellent -- on a beautiful, tree-lined street among upscale shops, lively during the day but quiet at night and we felt safe there at all times. The hotel is very close to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Also nearby is a taxi stand, two metro stations, bus stops for city buses and hop-on-hop-off buses. We took the metro to Sagrada Familia and to Parc Guell, then walked back from both. The Placa Catalunya was a 20 minute walk. Alternatively, we strolled down La Rambla from the upper part a block from the hotel, down through the busy section, to the waterfront in 40 easy minutes, passing many restaurants along the way. Barcelona itself was beautiful, sunny and hot and the hotel was a wonderful place to stop in for a break from the heat and to come ”home” to at the end of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Suites Avenue and would definitely stay there again.

Considering this is 2* it was perfect for our needs. It’s location is good - close to arc d’triomph metro/train station so easy to get from airport but not so busy that it’s noisy at night. Most things are walkable in 30 ish mins but if that’s not your thing the metro is 5 mins away. 2 supermarkets within 2 mins. Good kitchen facilities (oven, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, stovetop coffee machine, pans etc). Staff are helpful and there was a safe operated with the room key. On check out they stored our bags till late afternoon. Beds comfy enough and we did eventually figure out how to turn the dubbing off the tv so we could watch a couple of things in English. Would stay here again

We had no full experience, the check-in was disastrous, we arrived at 23:00 and there was no one at the reception, only online reception and we were not sent the code to check-in. We were 40 minutes waiting. We lost a reservation we had made in a restaurant. There was not even a request for excuse. The same thing was in the check-out. They hit the door at 9 a.m. I had no one to ask for a late check-out. It was really bad. Excellent location and well-cared room.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The biggest positive I can mention is the hotel’s location, which is in the heart of Barcelona close to all city sightseeing. There are a lot of shops, bars, fast food places, and restaurants etc near the hotel. The only one drawback of the location is it can be noisy in your room. My room was on the 8th floor, but I could still clearly hear all the noise from the people on the street, and also a church bell, which rang very often during the day. At first I didn’t pay attention to it, but at some point (I was staying in this hotel for almost 1 month) it became annoying. But one big wonderful thing about my room facing the Rambla promenade was the city views from the window, which were absolutely stunning, plus, a lot of daylight inside! So what I can say? CHOICES! The hotel looks good from the inside, the lobby was nice and perfectly clean all the time. The front desk staff was mostly helpful and nice. Only a few times I felt an unfriendly negative attitude from the staff, and mostly it belonged to a super annoying Housekeeping Manager Lady who was kind of crazy and unprofessional in some moments. Once she showed up to my room with a security guy and asked to inspect my room (pretending like she could not speak English, which she clearly understood and spoke). Anyway, she acted like something was wrong in my room and she needed to check it. This performance was worthy of an Oscar! Finally I let her in and you know the first thing she did? She ran to the window and opened it and checked the area outside! Sorry, but ***??? And you know what she did after? She went to my kitchen and checked my garbage can! And after that, she bent down and checked under the bed! Finally she still did not tell me what she was trying to find or what was wrong with my room. She left and did not explain anything to me! Of course, after that I left a complaint about her crazy behavior to a front desk guy who was also shocked regarding her behavior. Anyway, be aware of this crazy lady if you stay at the hotel and hide things really well if you have something to hide! She thinks she is a detective! Coming back to the positive things about the hotel. I really liked that the hotel had a washing machine and dryer in the basement. It was easy to use them (buying special coins from the front desk), and maybe because the hotel’s guests did not know about them, every single time I came to wash my things in the evening, they were free. They are located on -1 level, by the way, next to a trash room. Oh, a little minus was the elevators which felt old and slow. I believe they need to be replaced. Now about my room. I booked the basic type of room. The room, unfortunately, was kind of small, it felt tight there. The room was okay looking, nothing fancy and nice about it. It felt kind of outdated. The TV was old and small, it was uncomfortable to watch TV shows, which I did connecting my iPad to the TV screen through a special p

This is the second time we have stayed here. And again, they did not disappoint. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. We love the location right in the Gothic Quarter. It was close to all the things you could need. We loved the rooftop pool deck. The pool is just a small wading pool, but the lounging area was a great way to decompress after being out seeing the sites. The staff in the office were excellent and helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend you stay here while in Barcelona.
