AVOID at all costs, I had to give 1 star to write this report but really it deserved none. I've been in cleaner and tidier stables!! The room was very dirty with previous occupants clothes, make up, medication and cigarette ends in the drawers and wardrobe. Blinds were broken as was most of the furniture, toilet lock, shower taps and bath sides. The bed and bedding were extremely damp, it would have been a health hazard to sleep in it! The coffee in the jar was solid it was so damp. Mary was in London, I suspect she's never been near the place for months. It should be removed from any website as holiday accommodation. We stayed only long enough to book another room. PLEASE DON'T BOOK it really needs closing down and a MAJOR overhaul.

Good location, clean and pleasance stay. Good sized, room free parking and easy access for guests arrival throughout the day. A good full English breakfast was enjoyed by every member of our party. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. All in all a very pleasant stay at a welcome and reasonable price.

The Premier Inn as whitewater Way Stockton On Tees, is an amazing place to stay. There is much to do in the surrounding area. There are shops, Cinemas and restaurants, the Barrage itself is outstanding. You can visit the Cleveland Hills, Ye so much to visit locally. The staff at the Hotel are very professional but go out of their way to help you. One person in particular, Sarah Burr the receptionist is a lovely person to deal with, she is so helpful and a asset to the company.
Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees (Preston Farm)

We had a massive party of 30 people stay here and have to say the staff at reception when we arrived late at night did a great job beds were great pillows not so much and the water pressure wasn't that great but still had a good time, shame about the brewers fayre, breakfast was great dinner not so much. The comment from my youngest ”I think they have battered a rubber fish” my lasagne was tasteless and watery thank god I ordered fries. The food was bad but a 2 hour wait for our food was mental.
The Stockton Arms Hotel

In the area for business and stayed at the Stockton arms for just one night. Room was very well presented and in great location for the local area. Great local park to walk after a days work in a nice area outside of the main town. The Stockton arms itself has a large bar with all sports channels available but is far from a sports pub with a smart/casual dress code making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a night. For food go around the corner to the Masham the sister pub, the food and service is excellent

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only gave it a grade of one as wouldn't let me leave zero I unfortunately booked my parents into this , and I use the term very loosely, hotel at the beginning of December 2023. And only did so as they let dogs stay there with them . I deeply regret booking them in . The lighting was so poor that they couldn't read by it I suspect this was so you couldn't see how dirty it was when you walked in and complain about the room which the lady that showed them to the room and she disappeared extraordinarily quickly, I imagine for the same reason. There was dust everywhere, seen in the light of day. There was used pizza boxes in the bedside drawers along with other rubbish , I suspect this was because there was no bins in the room . The toilet was filthy, old and noisy , the shower had black mold on the tray and up the woodwork. Very small TV with wires everywhere. The bed head board was broken. They slept in their clothes as the mattress was covered in blood and urine stains , it did have a sheet on mattress. Also mattress was completely worn out and compressed to approx 2inches thick when sat on. They didn't get to sleep till approx 4am because of the noise coming from the room nextdoor that seemed to have a revolving door because of the amount of times people were in and out. Also when they paid it was under a different name The Sportsman Hotel. Good job they done do breakfast as they wouldn't have eaten anything that was made there if the state of the room was anything to go by . They just had to post the keys through the letterbox as there was no one to give them to in the morning .
