I chose garden manor as we didn't get a room in our usual hotel. But we weren't disappointed and the service and rooms were super clean and the location was also at a great place, nearby botanical garden. Loved the way the hotel management treated us. We had a six-day stay at Oxygen Resorts in Ooty, and I must say that my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff at Oxygen Resorts was friendly and accommodating. In particular, Karthik at the front office stood out with his polite and helpful nature. He ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, there were a few areas that left me less satisfied. The most significant letdown was the quality of food. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with the meals being disappointing in terms of taste, variety, and presentation. Another drawback was the absence of WiFi availability. Additionally, the resort's location at the entrance of Ooty, beside the main road, was a double-edged sword. While it provided easy access to the town's attractions, it also meant that the noise from passing vehicles could be quite bothersome.Despite the aforementioned shortcomings, Oxygen Resorts in Ooty still has its merits. The vintage look, friendly staff and pleasant ambience contribute positively to the overall experience.

The location is totally outbeat. The 360° view around the resort is green, cold and wow. If you are a nature lover, and you want to stay amidst greenery, mountains and away from the hustle bustle of the city. This can be a perfect getaway. The owner is also very helpful. Me and my husband checked in at the stay quite late in the evening, so we could not enjoy the view that day, he allowed us to check out the next day few hours late so that we could enjoy the view.

The soothing melody of chirping birds and the gentle flow of a nearby stream filled the air with serenity. I opted for a Swiss tent, which offered a perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. The stay in Swiss tent was very comfortable, with a large balcony and attached washroom. The tent was well-ventilated with large netted windows with openable flaps. Waking up to the soft sunlight and the sounds of nature was an unforgettable experience. I also spent a night in their quaint bamboo hut, which added a rustic charm to my stay. Deep Jungle Home allowed me to reconnect with nature profoundly. Exploring the nearby forest trails and birdwatching excursions with their knowledgeable staff enriched my journey. It was a sanctuary for the soul, offering an escape from the chaos of city life. If you seek an authentic nature retreat, Deep Jungle Home is the ideal destination. This hidden haven on the Mudumalai forest border offers an experience that lingers in your heart long after you leave. This place is an absolute must-visit for nature travellers like me, and I cherish the memories and gratitude I carry back with me.

Rather late post however, I could not resist writing this...this place is Awesome...extremely clean and comfortable place. Beautiful location, close to nature, lovely staff..special mention to Vijay, Mubarak and rest of their team.we were a group of 19 and they hosted us extremely patiently and with a big Smile on their faces. Given the limited resources...they really did a wonderful job and made our stay extremely memorable and pleasant. Also not miss out on Pushp Ved, the owner who is extremely helpful and kind...Kudos to the entire team and I would really recommend this place to everyone who needs a quite getaway from city life and close to Nature.. thank you Singaras Coffee Country 😇
