We came to the resort on 23 august to 2nd September, upon arrival we checked in staff then helped us to our room with our bags, rooms was clean and well presented, all staff are friendly and easily approachable, especially at dinner time with Ramazan Binaol who went the extra mile for us, always willing to help, interacted with the kids who had a great bond by the end of our stay, even one of my children who is really shy and would never interacted normally was playing rock paper scissors with him. The rooms was cleaned but rubbish bags usually forgotten, soaps was not refilled nor was toilet paper. Food was okay but limited choice and very repetitive, was always flys in the cold food area all over the food especially the cheese which should be addressed. There was a night where there was a turmeric chicken which was completely pink in the centre, and when meat was cut almost like it was chopped with a hatchet tiny bones all in the meat. Not ideal for little ones. The rest of our stay was good, beech was nice never really an issue with sun beds, aqua park was fun and kept the kids entertained but was very limited hours of opening and a very steep hill climb to get to it. Overall our stay was good and would definitely come again, and encourage others to do so also, the extra journey time from the airport to the hotel is definitely worth it for the relaxation you get.

Bayram tatili için arkadaşlarımızla birlikte geldik ve 10 gün kaldık. Biz ( 2 yetişkin+ 4 yaşında çocuk) apartta kalmayı tercih ettik, aparatlar küçüktü ama yeni ve temizdi. Sezonun yeni başlıyor olma sı sebebiyle odayla ilgili bazı teknik aksaklıklar yaşadık ama bunlar işle**e tarafından güleryüzle ve hızla halledildi. Kahvaltıyı oldukça başarılı bulduk yeterli ve kaliteli ürünler kullanılıyor ( biz çer çöp yemeği sevmeyiz, yani burada da ne idüğü belirsiz şarküterilerle dolu bir kahvaltı bulamazsınız) biz gittiğimizde sezon tam açılmadığı ve otelin menüsü yenilendiği için yemek konusunda planlama henüz tam oturmamış gibiydi ama lezzet konusunda oldukça başarılı diyebilirim. Plajda şezlong ve şemsiyeler konforlu, deniz zaten pırıl pırıl ama taşlık, deniz ayakkabısı gerekir. Güzel, küçük bir barı var barda Bade ve Özkan’ın hazırladığı kokteyleri oldukça başarılı bulduk buralarda daha iyisi var mıdır bilmiyorum. Hepsinden önemlisi burada kibar, mesafeli, çözüm odaklı, güleryüzlü bir işle**e sahibi ve çalışanlar var. Aydın, Veysel, Nihat Beylere ve adını unuttuğum herkese teşekkürler.

this hotel suits all over so I recommend for couples family's or even solo holidays. Me and my partner went for 10 days and had such an amazing experience and made amazing friends. One of our best things about this hotel is Enver from the entertainment team. He was well and truly amazing. Not only did he get everyone up to dance he was the one who stayed on stage until it shut giving all his energy. Enver made his way around the hotel everyday saying hello to everyone and making sure everyone is okay. Enver directed water sports, water polo darts and so on he would also get involved or get in the pool for water polo if a team needed help. Enver made us laugh all day everyday and you could definitely feel his energy. Big thank you to Enver he made our holiday and we also think we've made a friend
