We had two rooms and both were very comfortable, well-maintained and spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful and the breakfast was better than average. The location was close to the University and many restaurants and stores with a Meijer right across the street. Next time we are in South Bend we will definitely stay here.

Room was nice, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Queen beds were not an option, just double beds. Very few guests, so we had the pool area all to ourselves. Breakfast didn’t last long enough for my family. Staff was very kind.

Comfy, accommodating and reasonably priced. We had an arrived in the evening, I had booked a pet friendly room online but when we arrived there were none left available. The concierge was extremely accommodating and figure it out in a very timely manner. Our room was upgraded and at no extra cost to us! Wonderful service!

We stayed at La Quinta Notre Dame for a football game and it's a fantastic option in the South Bend area; it's new and clean, the staff was on top of things, and it's very convenient to Notre Dame and downtown. We've stayed at several other chain hotels while visiting our Notre Dame student and La Quinta Notre Dame is now at the top of that list, we'll be back!

This is a decent budget motel. It's not in an especially appealing area, but our room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The one gripe we had was that they'd closed the breakfast room and weren't offering the advertised complementary breakfast. Only coffee. They said it was because of COVID safety concerns. I appreciate the concern, but every other motel we stayed at on this trip at least managed to put out some fruit and granola bars out by the front desk. They should have set something like that up here. It felt like they were just using COVID as an excuse to save money on the breakfasts.

Our go to place to stay for any Notre Dame related visits. CN welcomes us and our room is always ready. This visit was for the Blue and Gold Spring game. Rooms clean, bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast is limited and one staff had quit the night prior. CN holds it together.Close to Mall and many restaurants. No elevator, just FYI, so request a first floor room if you have mobility issues.
