In the hotel everything was super!
Clearly, there is everything necessary.
The location is also good, close to the central attractions, there are near shops.
But it is necessary to take into account that the stadium is very close if any match is going, it will be noisy next to the entrance, lots of people with ducks, police. We got just in the days when football was going, but there were no problems in general. The windows are on the other side and on the upper floors are not too noisy.
The settlement process was comfortable, communicated remotely, very welcoming.
The only minus and wanted to warn other residents about it is that when choosing a hotel it is in the maps in one place, and as a result there is an office and apartments in another place.
For us it was not critical and the place is still good, but for someone it may be a problem.
And in general I would recommend apartments to other people. It was comfortable, comfortable, clean, quiet, out of the windows beautiful view 👍😌

Very good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).

The biggest plus these apartments is the location. To the center a few minutes walk the place is quiet, for the night is the most. The room is a little ”obsolete” in the pictures. At the same time, it's clear how much we have noticed, as we spent only one night here. For our purposes it was. The biggest minus is the unlocked door to the toilet. To take a shower or go to the toilet I had to ask my husband to close the door, I was not strong enough as if the door was blown up and badly entered the pass. Entry by video instruction using the key left in the box at the entrance. At the same time we had a problem, as we confused the entrance, the boxes were near other entrances too, and to reconsider the video was not possible due to the lack of mobile Internet, helped a passing person, The Internet was easy to go on. In general, the apartment is normal for a night.

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

GGuest UserСупер место расположения. Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено.
Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было.
Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи.
А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно.
В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅.
В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.
