I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Stayed for two nights. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is also convenient - 10 minutes from the dock and 5-10 minutes from popular restaurants in the city.
From problems: it is impossible to contact the owner of the facility in writing before settlement , to the messages do not answer , the trip com also does not help in this matter , the only thing they advised is to call the facility , But I don't know Spanish or English. There is no possibility to leave baggage in the house or in their office for a few hours after expulsion (exile very early - at 10 a.m.) . High and narrow staircase at the entrance of the house , difficult to get up with suitcases.

The place of stay and the apartment are not together. The friend arrived and waited for an hour to clean. The house was still powered off. It was not easy to find the service staff. The view room selected at the time of booking was not cashed.

The apartment booked in advance with my wife to Ushuaia is in a good location, very close to the main road and the sea, and not on the high mountain, which is more convenient. The facilities of the apartment are very complete, the view of the balcony is also very good, very satisfied.

We stayed at these apartments in Ushuaia and were very happy with our experience.
The biggest advantage is the excellent central location. Major supermarkets are within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
A special highlight is the beautiful marina view from the living room, especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for cooking.
The apartment is comfortable and perfect for both short and longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserActually I didn't stay. I asked a taxi to find it around 10 am and went there, but I was very troubled because I couldn't understand the words just because there was a cleaning person. I understood the intention of translation on the mobile phone app ”There is no front desk here. ---- Please go”, so I asked him to call a taxi and went there. While I was talking in one word like the main store ⁉️, I was lucky to be able to stay there.

The hotel room is a backyard cabin, but the card of the door is often bad, and the clerk has to try it a few times to open the door. The clerk's service is good. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. There are many Argentine breads and fruit juices. The hotel provides 20% off lunch and dinner in the restaurant, but generally after leaving the hotel at noon, it will not be specially on the slope road to eat lunch at the hotel. Although the hotel is on the hill on the slope, there is also a bar next to it. In the evening, you can go to the enthusiastic bar owner to watch Argentine football matches. The bar has barbecue and is very special. The boss's collection of more than 100 jerseys is also very full. There is also a laundry shop opposite the hotel. However, because the location of the hotel is on the mountain, when the car is called to the airport, it takes a long time to have a car to take the order. Pleasant environment with beautiful scenery. Although far from the city center, it's located at the foot of the mountain, close to hiking trails.
The hotel reception isn't staffed 24 hours, but check your email before check-in or contact the property via WhatsApp for clear self-check-in instructions.
