Location - In the ”Little Italy” neighborhood, so many pizzerias and gelato spots are nearby. There's also a 7/11 across the street. The hotel is right on the outskirts of the CBD (so not too far), and there's a bus stop across the street that goes to the CBD. The location is good. Room - Spacious, clean, and the wifi speed was good. The balcony in my room faced another building, but that wasn't a big issue for me- I don't use balconies that much. Lastly, I had my room cleaned each day. Good value hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights! The location is great! Super close to the Queen market and stations. We enjoy the SPA and swimming pool, the room is nice and clean. The kitchen facilities was not very enough! The cooking stuffs was very small. It was not enough to cook food for 4 ppl, and no oven equipped. One point made me very disappointed to the hotel. We left the room at 10:40am, and expected a cleaning service after we left. When we return after 3pm. The room was not cleaned, no bath towel, no replace of shampoo and shower gel, and the rubbish bin was totally full after 2 nights stay. I got a card at the door said we put a ”Do not disturb” sign (we didnt put) , and the staff wrote at 1:40pm. I went to the reception and bring the supplements myself. The receptionist said will investigate the situation, and it was no any follow-up and reply to me. This was the 1st time I have ever met, and it was a very bad ending in the au journey.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel! They had all the basic amenities like towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo, plus tea and coffee. The location was incredibly convenient; it was great to be able to walk back in just 5-10 minutes after shopping or spending time at a cafe. The reception staff were very kind; in my case, even though it was before the official check-in time, they let me into my room because it was ready. I felt they offered excellent service for the price in Melbourne. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Melbourne!

NOTE FOR EVERYONE : $150 DEPOSIT This property should update deposit policy on booking app. When I booked it, I called the hotel regarding deposit and they said it depends on the room I've booked, and the deposit will be between $1-100. When I came in, I need to pay $150 for deposit which is wrong information from them before. It's better to state it clearly on booking app so everyone can prepare for it. Deposit payment return to my account in 7 days. There is no issue with other things when I stayed in this hotel. My family really loved it. The tram stop just in front of the hotel and only takes 10 minutes to CBD. We stayed in Family 2 bedroom that has city view on 10th floors. Facilities are great, it has washing and dryer machines which is really helpful for someone that has baby or kids. For budget hotel, I would say this is the best experience and value that I've ever stayed in Melbourne. I paid $177 for 2 bedroom on the weekend stayed. Definitely will be back someday. PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent. I highly share this hotel.

The property is clean, tidy and spacious with full kitchen facilities, however it is fairly dated. Check in was pretty straightforward but they do tack on fees where they can such as for early check ins whereas most hotels that I’ve stayed in are more lenient and will provide early check in if there’s something available. However, I did get a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was very lovely of them. Overall positive experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use the facilities though, but I do know they have a pool, gym and spa available.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its grandeur. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was super quick with no complicated procedures. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, it made me want to fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The in-room amenities were also excellent; the TV, air conditioning, and kettle all worked perfectly. Plus, the bathroom was spotless and completely odor-free. The hotel's location is great too, with convenient transportation and plenty of delicious food and fun places nearby. I'll definitely be back to stay here again if I have the chance!

Located in East Melbourne, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the light rail into the city, which is quite convenient. The owner was exceptionally kind; knowing how difficult it is to find parking in the city, they graciously allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel until 3 PM. It's worth noting that, contrary to what some online reviewers might claim, parking isn't entirely free here. While it might be free on weekends or under specific circumstances, it's generally not. However, at a maximum of 10 AUD per day, it's a steal compared to the 16-20 AUD *per hour* you'd pay in the city. So, it's practically free in comparison! The room itself was a bit dated, but it was perfectly acceptable. Honestly, finding a hotel with affordable parking these days is quite rare.

The room is spacious, a studio apartment that includes a large living room with a kitchen, dining area, and a balcony. There's also a small study connected to the balcony, and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is a bit small. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, and appliances include a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Pots, pans, and basic oil, salt, and condiments are all provided. The location is very convenient, with tram lines 11 and 48 right downstairs, offering free travel within the city zone. Southern Cross Station is just four stops away. The South Wharf commercial area is also a 15-minute walk. There's a Woolworths and an Asian supermarket about 200 meters from the apartment. If you're driving, underground parking is available with prior reservation and is basically free. Just make sure to communicate the check-in procedure in advance if you're arriving outside of business hours.
