Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

The Quest Hotel in East Perth is close to everything is always super clean, smells so beautiful & fresh, the view from the rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in have been quite lovely, lots of room to move & the last room overlooked the WACCA & just so happened from the 12th floor the view of the fireworks was a suprise but a lovely distraction. Staff are very happy, very efficient & extremely friendly, helpful & accomadating nothing is too much of an ask for them to do & all done with a smile!
Book two bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single bed from Trip’s app and paid in advance. However when arrived there I found that the two bedrooms unit only had two double beds in each room. Contacted the Manager and was given another unit with two single beds in another room but I was told that I only booked for two adults and not three and a child. I was asked to pay extra AUS $60.00 for the our stay. Not very happy with this arrangement and request that you give me Credit for the the amount I had to pay for my future booking. Please advise . Thanks

We booked this hotel on short notice. We booked 4 rooms. Everyone liked it. The room was very clean! We could cook a little and it also had a washing machine and dryer. I highly recommend it! Great!
Was upgraded to the beach house when we arrived, was very grateful and surprised, the lady who booked us in on the day, would like thank you especially after we went to the visitor centre before hand was told by them that the tour we wanted to go on, we couldn't, she helped us with it and we got to go on it, thanks for all the help, you are amazing, thanks.
We were lucky and thankful to be upgraded from a Studio Apartment (34㎡) to a Premier Apartment (47㎡). The receptionist was super friendly and guided us through the know how efficiently.
The apartment was very spacious and super clean. It has specific car park lot outside your apartment making it effortless to carry your luggage. The premier apartment is well equiped with one bedroom, kitchen, dining and have a nice terrace where we had our breakfast the next morning.
It was cool to have a washing machine for us to do our laundry.
Overall this apartment is very well kept and a convenient stopover for those visiting Pink Lake.
We will definitely stay here again

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.
Pros-
Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.
Only a short Uber drive to the hotel from the airport and very close to the shopping centre and shops and restaurants, perfect for a one night stay, when you only have a short amount of time on your hands. Will certainly be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. There was a mix-up with my booking at check-in, as I was initially given the wrong bed type, though this was resolved. Once I was in the room, the door couldn't close properly due to a loose hinge, and I had to call reception to fix it. While the team responded quickly, these issues made the stay less smooth than expected.

GGuest Userclean, huge, cozy room! toilet is very clean too. enjoyed it. had necessities. good location near airport for final day. thanks!
GGuest UserA nice boutique style aparthotel in a much less explored part of Fremantle. Loved the facilities of jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, table tennis and an amazing marina view straight from the balcony!
GGuest UserThe motel was great the trip service not so great . No flexibility or support if you make a genuine mistake in your booking like I did. So frustrating trying to talk to a human. In the end my mistake was very costly . If I use Trip next time I’ll Check double check and make sure to choose an option that allows flexibility . Because once you book that’s it, there’s no going back or no empathy when errors are made
