GGuest UserI booked 2 nights through Trip.com, but when I checked in, the hotel said they hadn’t received any information and asked me to pay again. I was shocked — I’ve travelled worldwide and never faced this before. Trip.com confirmed they had informed the hotel at the time of booking. It seems the front desk staff, or even the manager, lacked knowledge about checking online bookings. Very unprofessional!

MMD MARUF AHAMEDI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would be happy to stay again in the future.
