Hotel location is super perfect which nearby the centre point of Vancouver, many restaurants surround hotel especially Korean food, and we stay in penthouse floor which can look at the north side of Vancouver and hills. By the way no special facilities and service here and some of furnitures in room are getting old and not plenty clean although they charge me cleaning fee before check-in

Legends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).

Check In Arrived at 10 NOT expecting to be given a room as we knew that the check in time was 4pm. The reception staff were very hopeful that the room would be ready quickly and we would be phoned when it was. They said our room had been prioritised. So we went off for a walk. 1230 pm- no phone, no room. Room finally given at 330. Bags of rubbish were sitting in front of the room in the corridor! Considering that checkout was 12 noon, it is taking the room service an incredibly long time to do up the room. Room Very spacious but very dated. Wall paper peeling off in some areas. Cleanliness was average. Beds comfortable. Location Absolutely fantastic. Heart of downtown- next to Robson street. Summary Great potential. Let down by the housekeeping and the dated decor. Not value for money (I paid nearly £450 per night)!

It feels pretty good, but the environment is a bit messy and there is always the sound of ambulances.

Our stay at Evolution made as rethink going to a regular hotel the next time we are in Whistler (previously stayed at the Fairmount Hotel’s ). It’s located on Creekside so not in the village. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern amenities - higher end appliances, huge soaker tub and shower, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace - everything a family would need. I was impressed they even provided dishwasher pods and laundry soap. The pool was small but available to book to keep the numbers low due to COVID-19. We also appreciated the 11:00 am check out. We will return and hopefully by then the games room, sauna, steam room and gym will be opened.

Because the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

We stayed here in June 2023 and had a great experience. This August we booked with Level on Seymour in Yaletown again and unfortunately the stay was underwhelming. The fold-out couch didn't have any bedding on it and I was made to get my own and carry it to my room myself as they didn't have any cleaning staff available. I had to do the same thing with towels. Our suite didn't even have a table in it despite the full kitchen. We didn't get our room cleaned once in our 4 night stay. Now I am aware that the standards for getting the rooms made up have changed, but as a family it would have been nice to have the option of having the sheets changed and new towels offered. The service was just not up to par for a very expensive stay.

Family ran business. Very friendly. Way better then expected for the price. Excellent location. Despite proximity to the main road, quiet. Beds are very comfortable. And guys, the hidden gem - Balcony with breathtaking view. Loved it.

There are running lanes and bicycle lanes in the park, and each lane does not interfere with each other and is very safe. Walk along the park to the Rose Garden and Aquarium, or walk to Second Beach. Two blocks from the hotel to the right is Den*** street, there is a fruit shop at two intersections to the right, at the intersection, his family's apples and oranges are delicious and cheap, until 9 o'clock in the evening. There is a big living supermarket across the road. Everything is there. Compared to several supermarkets, his family's things are the cheapest and the cherries are super delicious. I added 50 knives every night to make an upgrade. The hotel does not provide slippers, dental equipment, etc. The kitchen equipment is very complete. There are ovens, microwave ovens, and cooking. It can provide larger knives and cutting boards. Of course, it is incomparable with domestic ones. It can be used together, and can also provide rice cookers. And the conversion plug, but only a single request. The overall price/performance ratio is OK, suitable for family outings.

Deer Lodge unit 216: Okay, won’t stay again. The building is older, the unit is okay. There is NO central air, a mobile unit was in the bedroom but that did not adequately cool the living area. The AC was not on to cool the unit in advance (after stating our arrival). Towel supply - only 3 face clothes and still had mascara stains on one. Toilet Paper - ＜ 3 rolls for three days for three woman. Small rolls of TP. Cleanliness - dust bunnies in corners. Bedding was tossed into closet, not folded. Unit IS well stocked in kitchen. The pool are is nice. The pool could have been cleaner one day and was good the second day. The floor was ver slippery and people were slipping. However, our response is due to the fact we called and requested more toilet paper, face cloths and soap (2 small provided). This resulted in receiving two phone calls asking if we checked under the sink for face cloths. The second call was saying that the owner said there was adequate T.P. We were questioned about how much we needed and there was adequate amounts supplied. My RESPONSE to the person calling was I understood he was not the problem and I was not going to defend what we required and we would purchase our own supplies. This is the reason for a negative review. Customer service is not great!
