A nice apartment which is walking distance to Parliament Hill and others tourists attractions. Wifi is good and provides all the necessary amenities you needed and washing machine.

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights.
Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay.
The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent.
The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay.
However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests.
That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Even better than the photos and my expectations. The garage was convenient, and the location was easy to find—perfect for commuting to downtown Toronto. Last but not least, the staff were very prompt and kind. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto.
Seeing the online praise of Whitney Manor, I placed an order more than a month in advance in Trip.com and started to continue to look forward to it. When I arrived at the manor in the evening, the building was really outstanding. According to the instructions in the envelope left by the front desk, I entered the Greystone Suite. The eyes of the suite continued to surprise us. The manor has a long history and is well maintained by the current owner. The owner has a unique design for every item in the room, and also gives careful tips and guidance to the occupants who come. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, when the moon is full, he spent two days as the owner of the manor and spent a pleasant time leaving a good memory.

It takes about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Pearson Airport to this accommodation (when traffic is light). The accommodation is a high-rise building, located on the 19th floor. The view is great and beautiful. There is a highway right outside the window, so there will be some traffic noise, but it will not affect your sleep. The decoration and cleanliness of the house are perfect!! Extremely comfortable and clean. The bed is also very soft and all facilities are new.
Inconvenient aspects of use: The induction cooker has poor water boiling effect, and it takes a long time to boil water if the fire is not strong.
I can't think of any other shortcomings. However, the accommodation cost is quite high, otherwise I will choose here again next time I visit Toronto! !
GGuest UserThe view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure
AAlicia York-BirdI've visited the Business Inn several times now, and I keep coming back due to the friendly customer service, the comprehensive breakfast buffet, the competitive pricing and its convenient location to where I want to be in downtown Ottawa.
The rooms are older and maybe not as fancy or contemporary as a Four Seasons or Hilton property, but if you're looking for a family friendly and safe budget-minded place that does its best to provide a great experience, then this is the one.
GGuest UserI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

HH. ShiEverything is very average. It is basically the configuration of a first-year double dormitory in a typical North American university. Two beds and two combination cabinets with desks. There is no refrigerator, safe, iron, hair dryer and other basic hotel facilities. It was windy in Toronto and the windows were rattling. The power socket on the wall is very difficult to find, and it looks like black tape on the wooden strips for wiring.
This price is probably the same level in Toronto during graduation season. But the hotel is in a good location, and it is a two-minute walk to the City Hall Square.
BborborThe price is definitely overpriced. The dormitory is absolutely suitable for my family trip. The room is 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The place is very spacious. There is a fast food area and a small supermarket in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, a cooking room, a fitness room, and a playroom. The only thing is that the facilities are not comprehensive. The room only provides a microwave and ice. The bathroom only provides shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Please note that you must bring a water cup because it is not provided in the whole room. Otherwise, you need to buy it in the supermarket in the lobby.
The online store should correct the 1 bedroom 2 room bed. Both rooms have 52-inch beds. It is not the 1 bedroom 2 beds provided on the website. The other 1 room does not provide the bed shape.
SSAM CHEONGGood location, where it is near parliament hill and the canal. Easy to get around scenic points on food. Nearby you can find cafes and restaurants. Cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory. Free self -service luggage storage is a plus.
Pre-arrival verification was required by the hotel. It needed me to have a reachable phone no. to receive the codes. It would be a problem if one doesn't has roaming or a local phone no. Registration by email or in person at the front desk was said to be unacceptable.
GGuest UserThe stay was great. Rooms were big, clean and just great. My only concern is about the AC system. They can never cool the whole room even when set to the coldest setting with the highest fan speed. Management was really cool, supportive and friendly and so were the neighbors. It's the best place to stay if you are travelling alone. Tons of places to eat and visit near by.
