Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

Advantages: The room is very spacious, the facilities are not new but clean, there is a refrigerator and washing machine, folding clothes drying rack must be praised, free parking, there are charging piles in the ground parking lot, there is an internal landline, and a rare hotel apartment also includes breakfast. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is quiet. You need to swipe your card for the elevator in the building. There are no companies or shops on the same floor as there are residents. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs of the hotel, making life convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The head room and the upstairs and downstairs are not well soundproofed. They are both connected to a glass curtain wall. Late night movements upstairs and the noise of the subwoofer downstairs can be heard most clearly at the bedside. 2. Continued sweeping and cleaning is not enough. The old-fashioned string mop used not only fails to mop the hair clean, but also sometimes leaves a smell after mopping. In addition, it is recommended that the cleaning lady not take the initiative to clean things on the table. Some empty bottle boxes are useful. 3. The hot water is small, so bathing in cold weather is difficult, and water overflows from the basin.

I had a great stay for three nights in Hefei, the room was well equipped (fridge, washing machine and a projector to watch movies if you wish so), large and clean. I wish towels would have been a bit thicker, they seemed kinda cheap. Also the floor drain lr shower was sucking water kinda slow so you need to take quick shower or you are gonna stand in a deep water after a while. 🤣 Overall pretty good place to stay in Hefei, for the current price it is a great deal.

The hotel loft boasts a superior environment, situated in the heart of Hefei's government center, beside Swan Lake. The loft's layout is commendable, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The owner provides enthusiastic and attentive service.

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

The room is still very big, there is a big window, ventilation is better Health is also very good, it is very convenient to order takeaway. It is the tail room. There is a little want to ventilate and avoid light. You can choose a window opposite the mall. The window can be attached to a layer of anti-peep film.

The room was very clean and tidy! The disposable toilet seat covers were a really thoughtful touch! The bedding was also very comfortable, and the room was great value for money. The overall decor was beautiful, and I really loved the washing machine. The balcony was large, and the gas water heater could easily accommodate three people. The air conditioning was very effective. I stayed at the Wutongyou Hotel for the entire two weeks of my business trip!

The overall price/performance ratio is OK. The only regret is that I opened the window and opened a seam. I didn't expect to touch the curtain pole, smash it on the face, and open the color on the nose. It's really not smooth.

Very beautiful, spacious room, awesome view from 4th floor, very helpful staff for getting taxi from and back to the train station and for planning my itinerary on the mountain and suggesting alternative destinations for bad weather. 房间非常漂亮、宽敞，从四楼望出去景色非常棒，工作人员非常乐于助人，帮助我从火车站往返拼车，为我规划山上的行程，并在天气不好的时候为我建议其他目的地。

This stay was great! As soon as I entered the big bed room, the warmth came. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it seems to be trapped in the clouds when lying on it, and I sleep well all night. The rooms are exquisitely furnished, the lighting is good, and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. The bathroom is clean and odorless, and the equipment is complete. The staff is warm and thoughtful and responsive. Next time I come here, I will choose this one! 👍
