GGuest UserLocation is great! Especially for concertgoers, walkable distance to the olympic stadium. Just across the street from Wanda Mall. Some food hawkers on the street at night as well.
Aircon was installed on the first floor near the windows, so not much cool air on the second floor of the loft. Had to buy a fan to deal with the heat.
Toilet was SUPER slippery as well. Not sure if the room we got was left unused for a long time, but the smell was terrible when we first got there. Had to flush the toilet with boiling water several times to get rid of the smell.
Overall good value for the price and location but a few design flaws.

Recently, it is the West Station Night Market. There are many people. It is 3 kilometers away from the Gansu Provincial Museum. The surrounding beef noodles are super delicious.

The stay experience was great! The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to the downtown business district, and it is very convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very stable at night. The facilities are complete and practical, the hot water supply is sufficient, and the air conditioning cooling and heating effect is good. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the needs can be responded in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh ingredients and delicious. In the evenings, a pleasant walk along the river offers beautiful night views and access to numerous street food stalls. It's also within easy reach of various attractions, and on-site parking in the complex is a big plus for convenience.
🤝 **Service:** After a rather challenging night camping in the desert, I messaged the owner early in the morning to inquire about an early check-in. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind, immediately sending the access code and helpful tips. Upon arriving at the apartment via direct elevator, we were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious watermelon waiting for us on the dining table – a truly thoughtful and refreshing welcome!
🏠 **Facilities:** The apartment itself is incredibly spacious! Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, it's well-furnished and ideal for larger families or groups of friends traveling together. A good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries was also provided, which was much appreciated.

GGuest UserWe traveled with my parents, and the location was fantastic. Zhangye Road commercial street was right downstairs, and the Dazhong Lane food street, now home to the Xinguang Night Market, was incredibly lively. This food street is quite long, and it's also close to Zhongshan Bridge. The owners were very welcoming, recommending many local delicacies, restaurants, and tourist attractions – very attentive! The only downsides were that the room door couldn't be locked from the inside, the room key card kept getting mixed up and malfunctioning, and only one elevator in the 9-story building went there, resulting in long waits going up and down!

NNazhixiaozhuFirst of all, I would like to explain that the proprietress has a very good attitude. The hotel facilities are also good in terms of hygiene and smart equipment. But the location is not obvious. It is on the 24th floor of the building and there is no obvious guide outside.
Secondly, I want to say that I redeemed 4 hours of early check-in on Ctrip. According to the platform's guidelines, I could check in after 8 o'clock. We went there at nearly 12 o'clock and they told us that the room had not been refunded. The boss opened another room to put things first.
Finally, parking nearby is very difficult. There are few parking spaces in the building downstairs. Even though we are in the off-season, we don’t know what to do during the peak season.

AAnonymous UserThe experience of staying in is great, the surrounding facilities are complete opposite Wanda, one stop for eating, drinking and playing, convenient transportation, the bus station is downstairs, the high-speed is more convenient, and the location has nothing to say. The hotel apartment is more like a small home, the room is warm and spacious, the service is thoughtful and warm, clean and comfortable, you don't need to bring a key to enter and exit, just enter the password. The landlord also actively recommended a lot of local food and places to play. In short, cost-effective, worth recommending!
