OOhyeahhhhhhhhhhThe hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Both the location and service quality were excellent. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

📍 Location: Superb! Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇
🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean.
🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays!
🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10!
Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this affordable hotel in Shipaiqiao, Tianhe, Guangzhou, and I had a fantastic experience. It offers incredible value for money and I highly recommend it. I knew when booking that breakfast wasn't provided, but it didn't affect my stay at all; in fact, it gave me more freedom. The hotel is located in the bustling Shipaiqiao commercial district, surrounded by countless food options. Just step outside, and you'll find all sorts of breakfast spots – Cantonese rice rolls, boat congee, soy milk, and fried dough sticks – much more variety and better value than a fixed hotel breakfast. The location is superb, just a two-minute walk from Shipaiqiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to shopping areas like TeeMall, Grandview Mall, and Taikoo Hui. The room itself was simple, cozy, and beautifully decorated – clean, fresh, and never felt cramped. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were spotless, with no strange odors or neglected corners. The bedding was high-quality, soft, and breathable, making it comfortable to sit or lie on for extended periods, helping to alleviate travel fatigue. The room had good natural light and ventilation; opening the window let in fresh air, keeping the room from feeling stuffy. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, with no disturbance from traffic or street noise, ensuring a comfortable stay. 24-hour hot water was consistently available, and the water temperature was stable, with well-maintained and complete bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, without any pushy sales tactics. They were warm, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. The hotel is well-managed overall, with a clean and orderly environment and high security. For an affordable stay, to find this level of cleanliness, convenient transportation, and attentive service, truly exceeded my expectations. The absence of breakfast service lowered the cost, making the price very reasonable and affordable. Whether for a business trip, tourism, or a temporary stopover, it's an excellent choice. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Shipaiqiao.

AAnonymous UserMy family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘
The pros 👍👍:
1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance.
2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety.
3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided.
4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served.
5. Daily housekeeping.
6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room.
The cons😩😩:
A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares.
B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling.
C. The water pressure is low.
D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items.
E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather.
F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館)
G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected.
H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

GGuest UserOur stay felt just like home. The spacious 50㎡ room gave us plenty of space to move around, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed city views right from our window. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The location was excellent, with the subway, mall, and great food all within easy reach. The staff were warm and attentive, making our family trip truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Plus, you can walk to explore the authentic old Guangzhou residential areas or head to Wanda Plaza, which has a fantastic selection of dining and shopping options. (Just a heads-up, when crossing a pedestrian bridge, you might encounter a group of rather aggressive moped drivers in helmets trying to solicit rides – just ignore them.)

GGuest UserConveniently located near Shenzhen North Station, check-in was a breeze. The environment was clean and the service was excellent. The front desk offers free luggage storage, and the room was equipped with all necessary appliances. I felt right at home. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Shenzhen. The subway access is also a big plus.
