Pros: _ Location: very good location, right next to Gongyuandian metro. You can use this to access almost anywhere in Guangzhou. _ Cleanliness: the apartment is fairly newly renovated with 2 bedroom & 1 bath, well maintained, so it's quite suitable for big group. _ Pricing: we got it at a very good price for a group of 3 adults & 2 children. I think it's worth every penny. _ Convenience: lift is right up to the apartment, so children can travel without any problem. _ Friendliness: the reception is very welcome and helpful. They let us check out late with small charge. Cons: _ The building exterior is quite old. The lift is also not clean. _ The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You need to walk to the entrance behind the building to access to floor 18, where the reception is located. If you go to any other lift, they only take you to floor 17, then you have to walk up 1 floor. Overall if you are a big group who is looking to find a reasonable stay in Guangzhou, I highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for.

While the room is aged and not an exact match for the photographs provided, services are freely provided (via WeChat contact and requests). The location is ideal for access to Beijing Walking Street, restaurants and malls. Additional days were easily obtained, again via WeChat request. The washer and dryer facilities were invaluable! I think, without a dryer nothing would dry as it is a very humid environment. A/c made the room comfortable. River view is… ok; we had a comfortable stay and I would use this place again. I do feel it is priced above what it actually offered, but it was comfortable, roomy and all my requests were met in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend it, with this understanding.

Stayed here with a friend and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless with good natural light and consistent hot water. It's super convenient for dining and shopping downstairs, and transportation is a breeze. Great value for money for friends traveling together, and we had a very comfortable stay. They were always ready to help with recommendations, bookings, and any questions we had throughout our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic for travelers. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro, making it incredibly easy to explore the city without worrying about transportation hassles. Whether you're heading to tourist attractions, business meetings, or shopping districts, getting around is seamless and efficient. What really impressed us was the surrounding neighborhood. The bus station nearby provides additional connectivity options, and the area is surrounded by a vibrant mix of modern amenities and authentic local culture. We loved having a mall within easy reach for any shopping needs or casual dining, but the real highlight was discovering the incredible local cuisines just steps away from the hotel. From street food stalls to charming family-run restaurants, we enjoyed exploring the diverse flavors and dishes that gave us a true taste of the local culinary scene. The combination of boutique charm, excellent service, unbeatable location, and rich neighborhood experiences made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing local character!

Excellent location! From Baiyun Airport, take Line 3 to Shipaiqiao Station. Exit D is right there; the hotel and Exit D are in the same building. Once you exit, turn left for about 5 meters, then turn left again for 20 meters, and you'll find the hotel elevator. The Longde Building is actually a residential building, so there are many people coming and going. You'll need to take the elevator to the seventh floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach your room. As far as I know, they have rooms on the 13th, 14th, and 22nd floors. The hotel rooms are essentially partitioned units, meaning they've rented a single apartment and then divided it into 3-4 smaller rooms. The hotel is surrounded by large shopping malls on both sides and directly across the street, putting it right in the heart of the city's prime area. It's an absolute dream location for women who love to shop!

Highly recommend this hotel! Its location is a huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's an 8-minute walk to Beijing Road's main street, where you can explore the Millennium Ancient Path and retro arcade houses. The Guangxiao Temple is just a 10-minute walk away, and it looks stunning when lit up at night for photos. The Museum of the Nanyue King Palace is right next door, making it super easy to visit historical sites. The hotel is also very close to the Gongyuanqian and Beijing Road subway stations, offering easy transfers between Lines 1, 2, and 6. You can walk to the Sacred Heart Cathedral and Tianzi Pier for a Pearl River night cruise, or take the subway directly to popular attractions like Canton Tower, Shamian Island, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. There are tons of famous old eateries nearby, so you won't have to travel far for great food. Spend your days exploring historical sites and your evenings enjoying the night views – the itinerary is relaxed and unhurried, perfect for couples or family trips. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. Staying here in Guangzhou saves a lot of commuting time!

The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

Great service, and conveniently close to the airport. The location is excellent, especially with the free airport shuttle. They also provide breakfast, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean. Overall, a really good experience and highly recommended.

This hotel was booked for a Korean contract, and it's right across the street. Just go downstairs and cross a pedestrian bridge, and you're there. You can leisurely head over after breakfast and even come back for a short rest. The location is excellent. You can walk to Canton Tower, and there are several large shopping malls nearby with plenty of dining options, including a Da Ge Fan (Roasted Pigeon) restaurant that doesn't require waiting. Parking is on the third basement level, with many available spaces. The room is very spacious, bright, and clean, perfect for a family stay. The decor and furnishings are beautiful, all appliances are from major brands, and there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can cook your own meals – it feels like a home away from home for a few days in Guangzhou. The complimentary red wine in the room is great, there are free soft drinks in the fridge, and snacks on the coffee table, which is a thoughtful touch. The gym looks good too, quite spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast restaurant is a bit small, but still perfectly fine. There's a monitor at the entrance with a pre-call elevator function, which you can use before leaving to reduce waiting time.

This place deserves special praise. The hygiene standards far exceeded expectations, and the entire apartment was meticulously cleaned to leave not a speck of dust behind. The rooms were fully equipped and brand-new, and the audio-visual equipment provided a great experience. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay, arranging convenient pick-up and drop-off services at the port. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. It’s just a short walk from the East Gate business district, offering everything you need for travel, dining, and entertainment. It’s highly recommended for friends visiting Shenzhen.
