The location is incredibly convenient! It's right above Park Front Metro Station, and as soon as you step out, you're in a bustling commercial area with tons of shopping malls and a wide variety of delicious local food. It made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The entire complex is clean and elegant, quiet without being noisy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. What I loved most was how spotless the room was – absolutely no dust or strange smells. All the in-room amenities were well-equipped and well-maintained, making them comfortable and easy to use. My stay was fantastic, I genuinely recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay here! The service was truly excellent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean with complete facilities. The reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Yide Lu Station. Most importantly, I felt very safe; I left my belongings in the room during housekeeping, and everything was secure—nothing went missing. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely perfect, 10/10! The location is fantastic – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still super close to Dongmen commercial district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room facilities are very well-maintained; all the appliances and bathroom fixtures worked perfectly and were a breeze to use. The cleanliness was exceptional, every nook and cranny was spotless, and there wasn't a single unpleasant smell. The service was also top-notch; they were always quick to respond to any requests, and the complimentary pick-up/drop-off service was a huge bonus. Incredible value for money!

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

This hotel is super close to the high-speed rail station, right across from East Station. There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are really friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here many times before, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

On the second day of our New Year's trip, we found this apartment in Futian District and checked in. We initially booked a standard family room, but upon arrival, the staff at the lobby kindly offered us a free upgrade to a larger room, which was really great! We were very pleased with the room's environment – it was a duplex with a living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. It was a lovely setting, and it had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, washing machine, and stove. My family absolutely loved this apartment, and we'll definitely come back to stay again if we have the chance!

This hotel apartment was quite good for a one-night stay. Upon entering, I found the room layout to be logical, with all the essential amenities provided, and the environment was clean and tidy. While it lacked elaborate decoration, its simplicity and practicality were a plus. From the window, you could get a close-up view of some river bridges, which is a real treat for those who enjoy falling asleep to a night view. The internet connection was also stable, and overall, it offers good value for money, making it perfect for a short stay. Highly recommend!!

I definitely felt at home. Silent, cozy, and located in a beautiful area of Zhongshan, perfect for business trips. It has many restaurants close to it. I was able to fix a simple meal because they have the basics to cook in the kitchen, and I was so happy to find chargers for my phone. At the end, I left my watch by accident and the staff was caring enough to inform me about it, and they are keeping it for me to retrieve. I totally recommend this stay!

🌈 I used to always stay at Somerset, but this was my first time at Ascott, and the quality was definitely up to par. The room design was very well thought out, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, adding a sense of spaciousness and comfort to my trip. The facilities were excellent – fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, everything you could need. The night view was also beautiful. 🌟 The location is super convenient, with two subway lines right downstairs. It's less than a 30-minute direct ride to Zumiao Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and only about 40 minutes to Guangzhou South Railway Station. 🤝 The only minor drawback is that children's breakfast costs extra and cannot be redeemed with Trip.com points. I hope this can be improved.
