The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is clean and fresh, with great natural light and ventilation. The room is well-equipped, and all the facilities work perfectly. It's quiet and comfortable, providing a really pleasant stay and excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town.

I had a fantastic stay here! The service was truly excellent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean with complete facilities. The reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Yide Lu Station. Most importantly, I felt very safe; I left my belongings in the room during housekeeping, and everything was secure—nothing went missing. Highly recommended!

Having stayed here multiple times, I still find it offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice when visiting Shenzhen. It's perfectly located in a popular Luohu area, right next to Dongmen commercial district, with excellent transport links, making getting around a breeze. The high-rise residential building is quiet and comfortable, offering vast and spectacular views that truly enhance the experience. The room itself is spacious and bright, with complete and well-maintained amenities, ensuring a stable and comfortable stay. The hygiene standards are stringent, with every corner meticulously cleaned, creating a pleasant and relaxing living environment. The service team is friendly and responsible, promptly addressing all requests. The free shuttle service to Luohu Port is incredibly convenient, saving on taxi fares and hassle. You get to enjoy excellent accommodation and thoughtful service at a very affordable price.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

Excellent, highly recommend! The location is super convenient; food, drinks, and shops are all right outside. The two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly gentle and friendly. On the night I arrived, it was quite late and I couldn't scan the QR code to open the locker for my takeout. Thanks to the front desk lady, I was able to get my food without any hassle. A special thank you to her 🥺❤️ I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip! 🥰

We loved our stay at J Residences. We stayed for 7 nights. Looks exactly like the photos, very clean, good facilities and close to lots of shops, malls and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location! We would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Overall, it's very affordable. I especially liked having a washing machine that could both wash and dry clothes. It felt just like my own little home. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, with lots of snack bars and restaurants. Plus, deliveries come right to your door. 👍 The service was also great, with quick post-sale support; any issues I had were basically answered instantly via WeChat. My experience was quite good. Thumbs up! There are some downsides though; the elevator can be quite busy, and sometimes you have to wait a long time.

This hotel apartment was quite good for a one-night stay. Upon entering, I found the room layout to be logical, with all the essential amenities provided, and the environment was clean and tidy. While it lacked elaborate decoration, its simplicity and practicality were a plus. From the window, you could get a close-up view of some river bridges, which is a real treat for those who enjoy falling asleep to a night view. The internet connection was also stable, and overall, it offers good value for money, making it perfect for a short stay. Highly recommend!!

I definitely felt at home. Silent, cozy, and located in a beautiful area of Zhongshan, perfect for business trips. It has many restaurants close to it. I was able to fix a simple meal because they have the basics to cook in the kitchen, and I was so happy to find chargers for my phone. At the end, I left my watch by accident and the staff was caring enough to inform me about it, and they are keeping it for me to retrieve. I totally recommend this stay!

🌈 I used to always stay at Somerset, but this was my first time at Ascott, and the quality was definitely up to par. The room design was very well thought out, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, adding a sense of spaciousness and comfort to my trip. The facilities were excellent – fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, everything you could need. The night view was also beautiful. 🌟 The location is super convenient, with two subway lines right downstairs. It's less than a 30-minute direct ride to Zumiao Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and only about 40 minutes to Guangzhou South Railway Station. 🤝 The only minor drawback is that children's breakfast costs extra and cannot be redeemed with Trip.com points. I hope this can be improved.
