We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point! The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay. The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

I booked for 5d4n,it was a last minute booking, due to returned from Yabuli. This hotel is nearby harbin west train station, 5- 10 mins walking distance. There is a underground walkway (escalator) to the train station. But, the walkway door opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. You can still use the staircase. I booked for 1 queen bed and received free upgrade of 2 queen beds. As there is no front desk, it is advisable to contact them immediately once you have booked it or prior to reaching this hotel for hotel room access details (digital locked). The hotel is clean and spacious, with 1 dining table, washing machine, fridge. The room photos are as advertised. They allow free luggage storage at their office at the same building. They also request for a rmb100 refundable deposit, and they even allow late check out with extra charge applies. Few restaurants, Convenient stores, fruit store, coffee shops and KFC. The nearest subway station is ChengXiang station, exit 2, less than 10 mins walking distance. Distance between airport and this hotel is about 30 mins drive (around rmb80 to rmb100), depending on traffic. There are 3 to 4 blocks of this building area. I strongly recommend to stay here. Unfortunately, i forgot to take the room photos.

I booked a room for my parents. They couldn't find it, so they called the hotel. The owner personally came down to pick them up and help them check in. Both the front desk staff and the owner were very patient. I didn't check the room type, but the owner upgraded their windowless room to one with a window for free. My parents said they'd definitely stay here again next time they travel. Plus, the transportation downstairs is convenient. I really recommend this place!

The location is super convenient, no worries about getting around! The room was a pleasant surprise as soon as I walked in, instantly lifting my spirits. The bedding was so soft, like lying on a cloud 💤 The view from the window was also great, relaxing as I looked at the tall buildings. The place was spotless, with attention to detail everywhere. It was such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time 🥰

Excellent! This is the most comfortable and best value-for-money apartment hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. Plus, it's on a high floor, so I got to see varying depths of snow every day.

The location of the hotel is very good for traveling! The hotel staff is very responsive and solved any problems around the clock! It's very rare to see this. My only complaints were about the cleanliness of the cabinets and shelves. Also, although the rooms do not have a stove for cooking, there is a hood that was previously used and it is very dirty, it could have been washed. And the last note is, as always in hotels in China, they don’t clean under the beds. There is always a lot of garbage there. I also recommend checking immediately for the availability of hot water. Our boiler valve turned out to be closed and we could not understand why there was no hot water. In addition, in our room there was a sofa with upholstery that no one had cleaned for a long time, it was all stained. In general, if they improve the cleanliness of the rooms, it will be an excellent hotel for traveling to Harbin!

They went above and beyond by helping me collect my Alibaba parcels sent to the guesthouse. Big thank you! Room: We got a free upgrade to a bigger room because our original booking wasn't available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location: Perfect location near major attractions like St. Sophia Cathedral, Plaza Tuolong, and Yibin Store. Note: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station (about 10 mins), but manageable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality.

The room was great, spacious, and well-equipped. It was very roomy for two adults and two children. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket downstairs and Lesong Plaza right across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The service from the host was good, with prompt responses and a willingness to help resolve any issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Always arrived in a rush because of the time limif of my staying and the transport that I have keeps me forgetting to take picts of the room. However, I could tell that the room is spacious for us 2 person. The amenities (1 towel, 1 hair towel, small liquid soap and shampoo) are enough. I remember asking for 1 big towel to the boss and she gave me. The boss also kind and helpful in helping us and answering all of our questions. This is an apartment type of stayinh. For english speaker, in amap or DiDi app the name of this staying translated to Jinri something. Overall, it is a good stay and i stayed here twice for my 5 days trip in Harbin-Snowtown
