The room was incredibly warm and comfortable. The smart toilet in the bathroom, along with the wet and dry separation, was a nice touch, and the space was very generous. The projector had excellent clarity. The location is also fantastic, and from the river view room, you can see the river's surface, which is absolutely beautiful.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Both the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay.

The hotel is very near to the metro station and easy access to many harbin attractions by didi. The hotel owner was really helpful. Our daughter got an accident and needed doctor assistance. He was really helpful to bring us to the hospital for 2 consecutive days as well as be our translator during the whole process. It is really making things faster and easier since we cant speak chinese. We are feeling really greatful with his hospitality. I strongly recommended this hotel especially to whom travel with family. The house is very spacious and clean.

This hotel is in a very good location, near to Harbin West railway station, just 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the subway station. There are many restaurants and convenient stores besides the hotel, very convenient. The room is also very good decoration and clean. There are all amenities provided in the room. I enjoy staying in this hotel.

Excellent! This is the most comfortable and best value-for-money apartment hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. Plus, it's on a high floor, so I got to see varying depths of snow every day.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. There's a public transport stop directly opposite the hotel entrance. Nearby, there's a shopping mall with food courts and underground markets with various goods. St. Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance, and Harbin's Arbat street and many other markets are close by. The host was very responsive to all our requests, quickly addressing them and even allowed us to stay longer, free of charge. There's Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a kettle, a pot, dishes, and a refrigerator. The bed linen was snow-white and clean. And the biggest plus is that it was inexpensive. Overall, our family of five (my wife, three children, and I) really enjoyed it. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the photos are accurate.

The room was great, spacious, and well-equipped. It was very roomy for two adults and two children. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket downstairs and Lesong Plaza right across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The service from the host was good, with prompt responses and a willingness to help resolve any issues. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and then extended for 1 more night because this hotel is very clean, convenient, and in a good location. Just walk from Harbin West railway station for 3 minutes. The room is also very clean and has good decoration. There is a refrigerator in the room. This hotel provides all necessary amenities in the room. The owner is also very kind and supportive. It's good and convenient to stay in this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!
