As a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was super convenient for transportation, and the owner was very kind, generous, and enthusiastic.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

The room is quite spacious. It's a bit dated but clean. There's a snack street right downstairs, which is very convenient, and the lake view is also beautiful.

This hotel boasts a highly recognizable style, with rough textures complementing minimalist furnishings to create a unique artistic atmosphere. The public areas feel like a small art gallery, where every snapshot could be a masterpiece. The rooms balance style with comfort, offering excellent soundproofing and quality bedding. The front desk service was great! 😄 I had a really pleasant stay for a few days. They have a microwave at the front desk, which was super convenient for heating up food. The cleanliness was also good. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one is particularly excellent. The cleaning staff were very meticulous, and there's a security guard at the entrance, so safety is well-managed. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again. It's truly a great place!

Very close to the subway station, especially convenient for the sister who check in is warm, enthusiastic, the decoration is very tasteful, it is also very easy to find, the transportation is very convenient, this boasting experience is very good, I still like the big screen projection to forget to take pictures and play photos to make up, the price is fair, will come again next time.

It's a bit like a small apartment with relatively complete facilities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, projector, sofa, wardrobe, etc. The scenery outside the window is also nice. There is a subway station downstairs and the commercial street is only a few hundred meters away. It is a very good experience. (Not a lie, but my true feelings)

Service: Maintains the consistent service standards of Ascott Somerset apartments. Facilities: I was worried it might be old, but I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The washing machine, fridge, kitchen, and tableware were all fully equipped, making it feel just like home. As a Platinum member, my room was upgraded, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and little gifts were prepared. This made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.

[I fell in love with this hotel after just one stay! It's amazing!] The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the scenic area entrance, within walking distance of many attractions. Public transportation and shared bikes are readily available, making getting around easy. The rooms are high-end yet practical, equipped with smart curtains, a thermostatic shower, and a capsule coffee machine. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The service is exceptionally attentive. The receptionist was all smiles and proactively upgraded my room, even giving me a complimentary gift. The housekeeping staff cleans meticulously every day, carefully watering even the plants. Hygiene is impeccable; the room was spotless, the bathroom was dry, and the pandemic prevention measures were thorough, making my stay incredibly safe. It's excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. I'll definitely come back!
