The overall experience staying in the hotel is good but the bed smelled of cigarettes smoke

Facilities: Very complete, with washing machine, microwave oven and other facilities. The only shortcoming may be that the water heater is an electric water heater. I was traveling with my colleagues, and the two men took a shower very quickly, so it didn't delay the use. Hygiene: Following the previous one, I woke up from a nap and turned over to get up, and one side of the bed collapsed. After the staff arrived, they checked that the bed board frame had fallen off, which was a bad experience. After the mattress was moved away, there was dust under the bed, which was still quite disgusting. The bed board fell off and the dust under the bed caused the experience to be average.

The rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great nighttime views. Conveniently located near the subway station, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

While conveniently located right next to Coastal City, the apartment is quite a long walk from Metro Line 1. The room boasts a 100-inch giant screen projector, which was fantastic for movie nights. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, and the overall hygiene was good. It came equipped with standard apartment amenities like a smart lock, washing machine, and a range hood. However, some of the facilities are showing their age. The window screens, especially, were very dirty and in need of a good clean. The entrance light flickered constantly and needs to be repaired. Being an apartment rather than a hotel, there's a noticeable difference in service levels. Parking isn't free. We parked in the underground B1 garage. For a seemingly high-end apartment, it was surprising to find a household waste area in the parking garage that smelled absolutely terrible. Parking charges are: 30 minutes free, then 5 RMB for the next 2 hours, followed by 1 RMB per hour, with a maximum charge of 27 RMB for 24 hours.

The environment of the room is very good. The booked room is gone. The merchant will help me upgrade the room for free. The room has no smell, good ventilation and light. The projector is also very powerful. There are various members. The price is affordable and it is recommended!

Booked this condo through Trip.com for my stay in Suzhou, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and super cozy. The layout felt well-thought-out, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable (not every rental gets that right). Location-wise, it was clutch. Easy access to nearby attractions, public transport, and convenience stores. Suzhou already has that peaceful, aesthetic vibe, and this condo matched it perfectly. Wi-Fi was fast, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and hassle-free. If I had to nitpick, maybe just a slightly better stocked kitchenette or clearer instructions for the appliances would’ve made it a perfect 10. But overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and a little style without paying crazy hotel prices. 💯

I would highly recommend this hotel👌👌It was very clean,the aircon was working,there's tv with movies to watch and the blankets and bed were very clean.I will visit the place very soon.Thanks to the Hotel lady I spoke with,she made things easier for us.

Undoubtedly, Yunfeng Jiahe Hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the years. The hotel is in Suning Building, not far from Zhenjiang Station and Sanshan Yigudu. The booked room is on the 49th floor. It is very quiet and has a wide view. The dining near the hotel is very rich. Yong'an Road Snack Street is separated from Suning Building. The boss is very good. From the check-in to the last luggage storage after check-in to the store after check-out, the boss has given very intimate care. Thank you here. The sanitation and cleaning of the hotel room is also in place, the toiletries are high-end, and the bottled drinking water is also very sufficient (this is not possible in five-star hotels), massage chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishes and other daily necessities are all available. A large part of the pleasant experience of this trip to Zhenjiang came from the five-star experience of staying in Yunfeng Jiahe. Later, Zhenjiang will definitely choose Yunfeng Jiahe without hesitation.

Very satisfied. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are bright, the room is spacious and clean. The washing machine is a washer-dryer, which is very convenient for business trips. The whole building is also very high-end and new. The surrounding restaurants are also convenient. The landlord is very polite and the check-in is also very convenient.
