Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with sunlight, facing directly east, so we even got to experience a romantic sunrise without leaving the room! Downstairs is the Venice Water City, which is great for a stroll! The night view is also beautiful, and there are plenty of food and drink options. The owner is really nice; early in the morning, when we went to the front desk with our big suitcases to check in, the owner thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. Next time we go to Dalian, we'll definitely stay here again! It was fantastic.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

We were three adults and five children and booked this eight-person family suite. The two-story suite was spotless. While it didn't have a washing machine, the host was incredibly accommodating. Upon learning of our need, they went out of their way to come over after 10 PM to help us spin-dry our clothes, which we deeply appreciated. The guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around via the subway. Definitely recommend.

Staying at this hotel during my trip to Dalian was a great choice. Located in the Donggang area, I mainly booked it for the sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint—the ocean and night views are stunning, right across from the Water City. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room is spacious with two large queen beds, separated by a sliding door. The room amenities are fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. You can even enjoy the sea view and the unique, beautiful architecture of the Water City right from your bed. The hygiene and facilities are also top-notch; it was very clean, the shower water was nice and hot, the AC worked great, and it even came with a large refrigerator. Whenever we needed anything, the butler responded very quickly. Thumbs up! 👍 We visited the Water City both day and night, and felt the night lighting was even more breathtaking, with small boats gliding by and surrounding restaurants reflecting on the water—truly gorgeous. It's also very convenient to go to the coast to see seagulls. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel. Just a quick tip: when taking a taxi, locating the hotel, or ordering food delivery, entering through Hengli Hotel is much more convenient.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.

I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

First off, I want to say that the shuttle bus drivers, the security guards at the gate, and the cleaning staff all had excellent and professional service attitudes. However, the front desk's service quality was extremely poor, incomparable to what I experienced in Chengdu. I used to stay at Fraser Place Chengdu frequently for work assignments, so when I had a baby, I thought of booking Fraser again. Why was it unprofessional? I booked a Premier Suite, and the room pictures showed a very spacious living area. But when I got the room card, it was just a standard one-bedroom suite. They said it was because they wanted to give me a high floor – why would I need a high floor with a baby? And that was hardly a large one-bedroom suite to begin with. Furthermore, when I called and asked for the room card to be brought up, it was a security guard who called the robot to deliver it to me.

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this as my top choice for travel accommodations.
