Whenever I'm in Shenyang, I'm staying here! The location is great, close to the subway and Youth Park, making it super convenient to get around. The owners, a brother and sister, are incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring a satisfying and pleasant stay. Downstairs, there's a snack street with all sorts of delicious food, and there are good restaurants nearby too – eating here is an absolute treat! The first picture shows the view from the window; you get a breathtaking panoramic view of Shenyang's sunset. All in all, everything is perfect! I'll definitely be back here on my next visit!

This hotel's family room was such a pleasant surprise for our trip! The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people without feeling cramped. It was perfect for both relaxing and temporarily storing luggage, making for a very comfortable stay overall. What really stood out was the city view from our room. During the day, opening the window offered a beautiful panorama of the city's varied architecture. In the morning, we watched the street come alive with the sunrise – every snapshot felt so vibrant and authentic, truly a fantastic visual experience. The location and convenience were absolutely unbeatable. The 'Rainbow TV Tower Night Market' is right downstairs, making evening strolls and street food adventures super easy. In the morning, it transforms into a bustling morning market, ideal for grabbing breakfast and trying local snacks. What's more, the soundproofing in the room was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise from the market below, ensuring a peaceful and reassuring stay. Plus, the hotel is close to the subway station, making travel to attractions and other parts of the city very smooth. All in all, the convenience, comfort, and value for money were outstanding. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family room and who values a great location!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. 1. Comfortable environment: The area is quiet, and I can see greenery outside the window. Waking up in the morning was refreshing and I was completely relaxed. 2. Thoughtful room: The decor was cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a great sleep. The bathroom was odor-free, with consistent hot water. A hairdryer and toiletries were also provided. 3. Excellent service: The host provided check-in instructions in advance and responded promptly to any questions I had, leaving me feeling completely at ease. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'd consider staying here again.

This place offers incredible value for money! It's so much better than a budget hotel. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the amenities you could need are provided. Plus, the location is really convenient. It's clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is also super nice. This guesthouse is located right in Block D of Joy City on Middle Street. You can access the mall directly without even going outside, and the subway entrance is right at the doorstep. It's incredibly convenient for traveling with kids and shopping. I've stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it!

An ideal location close to the train station, just a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of small shops downstairs from the building. The city center and the Forbidden Wax Museum are a 20-minute bike ride away. The owner is accommodating; I was able to leave my bags with her. The apartment is very spacious and very clean.

Highly recommended! The room is huge, the bed and the space, it's worth it. It provides a sofa, washing machine, kitchen and a huge refrigerator. For the kitchen area, you could just bring your own stove if you plan on staying there for more than a week ☺️

The location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

The location is fantastic; you can see the TV tower from the window, and there's a night market downstairs—perfect for food! It's also very close to the subway station, just around the corner. The owner is incredibly nice; they even gave us fruit for our New Year's stay! Perfect for anyone visiting Shenyang! Definitely worth checking out! The cleanliness is also excellent 😀 (The chicken frames outside are delicious!!! You can skip dating, but you absolutely must try the chicken frames!!!)

The room was spacious and the B&B was very nice. With two beds, it could sleep at least four people, making it perfect for families or large groups. The amenities were complete, including a washing machine for laundry, making it suitable for long-term stays. The cleanliness was excellent, with clean sheets and toilets. There are several large shopping malls nearby, making dining options convenient. The value for money was excellent and I'd stay here again.
