We booked this apartment mainly bcz there is a washing machine in the apartment itself and it is located right beside the train station that can access to the City Wall. The location is really convenient that allow us to just take train or bus to those main walking streets and attractions. The guy at the receptionist is very helpful and informative. He gave us a brief introduction for nearby area using a map that was given to us for free and also told us those local food that worth to try. He even informed us earlier that there will b a roadblock around the city wall and told us to inform the driver to arrange our transportation time properly to avoid traffic that might cause us to miss our flight. He is also very responsive with our request and queries. Will definitely stay here again if i going back Xi'an

Excellent location right next to CapitaLand Mall, and not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Ci'en Temple, Shaanxi History Museum, and Xi'an Museum. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable and well-functioning amenities. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The biggest plus is the suite-style layout and fully equipped home appliances, offering outstanding value for money. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Xi'an again.

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The landlady was very welcoming and upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the Xiao Ai voice assistant was very convenient.

I completely forgot to take photos of the hotel, but it genuinely matched the descriptions and pictures online. The location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. Right across the street, there's a Yonghui Supermarket, which was great for finding delicious and reasonably priced food items. There's also a multi-story food street (three or four floors!) directly opposite, offering an incredible variety of dining options. Getting to all the major attractions was super convenient; you could easily choose between the subway, bus, or even walking, depending on the distance.

The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The hygiene was impeccable; the rooms were spotless and tidy, and there were no unpleasant odors in the bedding or bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The environment was quiet and comfortable, the decor was elegant and stylish, and the common areas were also very clean, making it a pleasant place to stay. The location was easy to find and convenient for transportation, making it easy to run errands and travel. The service was also good, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel room was very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel's environment and location are both excellent, with many dining options downstairs. My high-floor room was quiet, and the soundproofing was also very good. I almost always choose Citadines for my travels; it's high-end, professional, and has a great international standard.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The place smells like cigarettes everywhere and the bathroom had dirty stains from not being properly cleaned. The bed is really hard, walls are thin and even the ceiling is not clean. It’s okay if you are only gonna stay short and only sleep, besides that, not recommended at all. The best thing is the location that is really close to the subway.
