Came here to see the famous wooden pagoda which was incredible. Even though we after midnight, they were still helpful and checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Platino Hotel Taiyuan Railway Station West Square branch became my perfect sanctuary during my Shanxi trip. My first night in Taiyuan was at a different chain hotel. While I had chosen the room knowing its window situation, it turned out to be tiny, and the air conditioning blew directly on me. Adjusting the vents didn't make a difference, so I ended up turning it off and enduring a hot, restless night. By pure chance, I booked the Platino for my second night, and it was absolutely perfect: a spacious room, a spotless environment, the train station just a stone's throw away, and the entire hotel was wonderfully quiet. I finally got a fantastic night's sleep. What truly made the difference were the owners – an incredibly friendly couple who are meticulously attentive and genuinely thoughtful. They made such a lasting impression that even during the rest of my trip outside Taiyuan, I kept thinking about the hotel, knowing I'd stay there whenever I returned. The owner would proactively reach out, asking 'What time are you coming back today?' I, in turn, never hesitated to directly request a specific room, and as long as it didn't inconvenience other guests, they would graciously accommodate every single request. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be staying at Platino again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

This hotel is a great experience! The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel. The surrounding food and business districts are within walking distance~ The room is clean and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep until dawn ✨ The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the details are carefully considered. The front desk service is very considerate, the check-in speed is fast, and local attractions are recommended proactively. The price-performance ratio is very high. Pretty much exactly what images show. Room has everything needed.Supermarket right downstairs. Host is fast with replies. Some small spots here and there on the walls. A little loud because of the road outside But overall everything is great. I was even able to use the laundry room. For the price it is, great place.

The room booked on New Year's Day, first say that the location is too convenient, go out to Vientiane City, go to the museum Grand Theatre is also very close. There is a convenience store at the door. The room was comfortable. The mattress was just soft and hard, and the person I recognized the bed actually slept until dawn. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is sufficient, the hot water comes quickly, and the shower experience is full. What I want to praise most is the service! The front desk attitude is particularly kind and makes people really feel warm. Summary: High cost performance, intimate service, details in place. Next time I come to Taiyuan, I will definitely choose here again. Recommend to friends who value comfort experience and sincere service!

The homestay is in the ancient city, the alley is a bit deep, but you can find it with the navigation; the room is spacious, bright, quiet, clean and hygienic; convenient to travel, not far from the Temple of the God, the museum, and the Houtu Temple, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk. The boss is warm, thoughtful, easy-going, very talkative, and can provide reasonable suggestions for tourists to travel; the price is affordable, and the praise is all 5.

This time I came to Jinyang Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center for a business trip. Compared with several surrounding hotels, I finally chose Boyue Oak. The location is really amazing. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the exhibition. The hotel parking is too worry-free. The big bed room is 45 square meters, the space is spacious and not depressing, the room comes with a washing machine + refrigerator, the dirty clothes on business trips are cleaned directly on the spot, and the zero-pressure mattress is relieved after sleeping for days. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high, there is a problem response in time, a few minutes walk to Vientiane City, dinner shopping is very convenient, the next meeting will be priority reordered!
