Guest UserHotel was in a relatively good location. Within walking distance there are malls and food stalls. Opposite hotel was the Sichuan opera theatre. Recommended to watch at least once. Hotel is able to get the tickets at cheaper rates. For the two bedroom suite, it is suitable for family of 5 with 1 child inclusive. There is one master bedroom which is directly linked to the toilet with a bathtub. Other room and second toilet is separated. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery etc. detergent is also provided for the washer. Refrigerator has normal and freezer compartment. Balcony is locked but you can sign an indemnity form to open it. Slippers provided are of good quality and house keeping is good. Only downside is the different little issues for different room we stayed in like hot water tap not working. hotel is connected to a mall, the HK cafe there is recommended. Food is good. Also the bakery sells really good chocolate bun. You can find it right after u enter the mall through hotel lobby.
The best thing of course was Tina, who always served with a smiling face and takes the initiative to add you on WeChat to cater to your queries whenever you need. she was also the one who helped to provide breakfast for our child whose breakfast was not included. The other lady who served us on the first night told us we had to pay. It was a very nice gesture from Tina. look for Tina if u stay here, she will be a great help.
For the breakfast,it is not the most fanciful but sufficient. Food changes daily but some food type stays the same. They have a paper where you can order noodles, egg omelette, pancakes and waffles. It will be served to you directly so thats a nice touch. They even provide disposable cups for the coffee machine with lids so that you can bring it out if you are in hurry or needed more drink. On weekday and weekend breakfast, the crowd was just nice unlike some hotels where it feels overwhelming and overcrowded due to the huge influx of tourists and there is no need to worry about food running out. Only downside for us is we can’t differentiate the type of meat. We don’t eat beef but it doesn’t state on the labels so we had to ask each time we wanted to take meat or dishes with meat.
It is easy to call for DIDI (their taxis) from the hotel. If you have 4 pax or less, hotel can call for you but more than that, you have to arrange yourself.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Definitely you can’t compare the price to a cheaper hotel. You are paying for quality over here.

Anonymous UserPros: The pictures are accurate, the room has no strange odors, there's a washing machine, a large vanity with plenty of space for toiletries, and the shower has great water pressure. It's a loft-style room with excellent natural light, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of morning sun, but there's a projector screen that can block it. There's also a small sofa. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was cleaned daily. The best part is the location – it's close to the subway station, there's a mall right across the street, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it super convenient. The room has a digital lock, so it feels very secure. There's also a large clothes rack for drying laundry. The soundproofing is excellent.
Cons: Although the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, it's a bit small. The living room is also small, but it's functional. Food delivery can't come up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up.
For this price and location, I can only say the owner is truly generous! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

This place absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The overall decor is very stylish, creating a warm and calming atmosphere that's perfect for photos. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The entire place was spotlessly clean – the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all free of any odors or stains. The attention to detail was truly remarkable.

Carrie KLCI had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby.
The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu.
Overall, it’s a practical and well-located option for travelers who want to stay close to the city’s main sights while still having a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

Guest UserI had such a fantastic stay this time! As soon as I entered the room, I felt how thoughtful everything was. The butler was incredibly responsive, from guiding me when I first arrived to handling any requests afterward – always professional and efficient, which put me completely at ease. The bedding was clean, and the mattress was so soft; after a long day, lying down on it was pure bliss, I didn't want to get up! The biggest surprise was the projector in the room. The screen was large, and the picture quality was clear. Watching movies or looking through old photos with the family was so much fun! The entire room was spacious and bright, with clearly defined areas that ensured privacy without hindering interaction. Both the living room sofa and the bedroom ambiance made me feel right at home. The surroundings were also super quiet, with all the amenities you could need, making for a truly worry-free stay. Whether for a short getaway or a longer visit, this place was absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThis hotel is right in the city center, next to Tianfu Square, making it a bit of a walk to most attractions. The room itself was decent, very clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The location is truly unbeatable – you can walk to People's Park, the museum, library, and art gallery, and the metro station is super close, making getting around a breeze. It offers fantastic value for money! The room even comes with its own washing machine, which is perfect for business travelers. There's also a fridge, and in this weather, having cold drinks or ice cream is just heavenly. There's a parking lot downstairs too; even though it's paid, the price is really reasonable for a downtown location. I highly recommend it for both business trips and tourism!

Maotouying📍 **Location King:** This is, hands down, the closest hotel to Chengdu East Railway Station! A godsend for travelers catching a train; even with luggage, getting there is a breeze.
🏠 **Space & Cleanliness:** The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and well-managed. The customer service team tried their best to accommodate my room type requests, showing great attention to detail.
🔧 **Hardware Shortcomings:** Opened in 2017, the facilities are showing their age a bit. Water pressure was average, and the hairdryer's power was weak (I recommend bringing your own). Even on the 29th floor, I was bothered by inexplicable banging noises from upstairs, and there was constant construction noise outside at night. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely bring earplugs (a lesson learned the hard way 😭). The front desk training could use some improvement – I specifically requested a quiet room in my notes, but was given one right by the elevator... Thankfully, the housekeeping staff was proactive and helpful without being intrusive, which is a plus!
**Summary:** The location is unbeatable, but the soundproofing and hardware are a drawback. If you're not sensitive to noise, it's still a good value for money option near the East Station; light sleepers should seriously reconsider.

Guest UserGreat room for families. Living room, dining, kitchen, full sized fridge, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. Better than some apartments.
Only issue was the windows didn't fully close so the small gap let rain drip in one night.
Location near to Global centre, SKP. Mall and plaza downstairs is convenient and pretty chill compared to the rest of Chengdu which was nice after staying in some busier parts.
