This place was such a good find for us travelling with our toddler. It was like an apartment with great features such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and drier, but with all services and amenities of a 5 star hotel as well such as room service, daily cleaning, and hotel breakfast. The room separation to the living area was a bonus for us with a toddler with an earlier bed time, and this hotel was was the only place during our travels where they provided a proper cot rather than a travel or foldable one. Staff were very helpful and saw our needs before we asked. Great pool and kids play area.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was clean and spacious. Upon entering the room, there were no strange odors, and the hygiene was excellent. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The facilities were complete, and the toiletries were all provided and worked well. The staff were attentive and responded quickly to any issues. It's convenient for dining and shopping nearby, and overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location, though a bit hard to find the reception on the first day ( its on the 18*th floor) is great for checking out Chengdu. There are lots of places to eat near by. Line 1 is only a short walk away or there are serveral buses near by you can catch. If your into walking.... Its only a couple of kms to lots of places. I liked the area as its not as full on as staying in Chunix Rd area. The apartment itself was big and very comfy with a great bed and view. My shower did take forever to drain away and the washing machine door, yes you have your own washing machine in the room, was broken so it took a bit to figure out how to get it open but other than that it was good for the price. This is a small yet exquisite guesthouse with great attention to detail. I felt incredibly relaxed during my stay. It offers excellent value for money, a quiet environment, and complete facilities. The host was very friendly, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's a fantastic option whether you're traveling solo or with friends. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Great location! Right across from the south entrance of Kuanzhai Alley, next to People's Park, and with subway and bus stops downstairs. The front desk service was excellent; they gave me lots of recommendations for food and attractions nearby. Thumbs up! The room was spacious with large windows, and the bed was very comfortable.

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to Tianfu Square. The room is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The bedding is comfortable, the shower water is hot with great water pressure, and the surroundings are quiet. Having a washing machine in the room makes doing laundry very convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and quick to respond to any issues.

Great location! It's only a few hundred meters from People's Park and Tianfu Square, and just over a kilometer from Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li. The room is large with a good view, and the building itself is very quiet. However, the toilet seat was broken, and of the windows, one wouldn't close and the other wouldn't open.

Great service, but serious room and air-quality concerns Firstly, I have to say that the service was amazing. The staff were friendly, kind and incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated how responsive they were when I raised my concerns. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and, particularly, the rooms was very disappointing. The hotel appears quite run down, and I was concerned about what seemed to be mould, dust or an air-quality issue. My room was changed twice, but unfortunately the problem persisted. There was a strong, dusty and unpleasant smell that irritated my nose and throat. I could even feel a dusty sensation in my mouth. As a result, my asthma was triggered and I became unwell. I ultimately had to leave the hotel on the same day I checked in because I did not feel it was safe for me to remain there. I genuinely appreciate the staff’s efforts and cannot fault their customer service. However, I strongly believe the hotel needs to investigate and address the air quality, cleanliness and possible mould/dust issues in the rooms.

Excellent service! The breakfast was also good. Fraser Place Poly Guangzhou is located in the heart of the Financial City, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making it very convenient for going out and shopping. The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views of the city's southern district. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, offering complete home amenities, perfect for long stays on business trips. The public areas feature a high-altitude swimming pool and a gym, showcasing impressive hardware. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, balancing hotel service with a relaxed, home-like feel. Highly recommended for business trips and extended stays.
