This hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb, right behind the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's incredibly good value for money at this price. Every room has a full-length mirror, perfect for taking photos. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very Instagrammable. The staff are super responsive to messages, and the front desk team, both the guys and girls, were incredibly nice. Thank you all so much; my stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The view is also great, you can even see the Twin Towers!

We have only good things to say about this hotel. The host and his daughter were wonderfully welcoming to us. Every evening, they offered us fantastic tea tastings, and told us about the Pu Er teas. They also helped us with information about the area, and with excursions. In fact, it was the daughter who drove us to various places, and it felt as if we were out with a friend. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Apart from that, our room was very cosy and roomy, and spotlessly clean. The hotel it located in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood, a bit south of the main town. It is very nice for walks, there are restaurants and convenience stores very close, and also regular buses to the city center. We are impatient to coming back.

This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again.

As a traveler from Malaysia, I highly recommend this hotel – it's a 5-star experience! It's very clean, beautiful, and the bed is super comfortable. The hot water pressure is great too. I arrived in Kunming late at night and left for Dali early in the morning, so the hotel's location was perfect – very close to Kunming Railway Station, just a 7-9 minute walk. When I arrived late, there were still BBQ skewers available nearby which were cheap and delicious. The breakfast rice noodles were also very tasty.

I stayed here twice within one week 😊 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is very clean and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very responsible. I’d especially like to thank the front desk staff member who was on duty on the 25th. They helped me contact SF Express to arrange shipping my artwork back to my home country. Unfortunately, the shipping cost was very expensive, so I decided not to send it. Even so, the front desk staff were all very patient and helpful throughout the process. If you need anything, you can easily communicate with the staff via WeChat. The hotel is very close to Kunming Railway Station, and there’s a large shopping mall right across the street. Everything was wonderful.

My overall experience at the Kunming Lichi Hotel was great. The environment was clean and elegant, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere that made my stay very relaxing. The staff were attentive and polite, paying great attention to detail. The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation options nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, it offers great value for money, and my stay was very pleasant. The owner is very dedicated and handles the small details exceptionally well. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

I really enjoyed my stay here and it became one of my preferred places in Kunming. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. The room itself is spacious and practical, with a fridge, washing machine and balcony area which makes a big difference for longer stays. Location is very convenient near shopping areas and transport links. The bathroom is functional but slightly older, and cleaning is not daily, so that’s worth noting for longer stays. However, overall cleanliness was good. If I were returning to Kunming, I would happily stay here again. Scoring note: Rated using my 10-point system covering cleanliness, sleep, location, value, bathroom, staff, facilities accuracy, Wi-Fi/work, atmosphere, and stay-again factor. The facilities are safe and up to standard, and the hygiene is impeccable. The environment is beautiful and quiet, and the service attitude is excellent. Safety is guaranteed, making for a fantastic stay. The price is affordable and offers great value for money. Friends, it's definitely worth choosing – just go for it!

This is high rise residential area, with big community, school, pop up market, food stalls, restaurants, 10 minute walk to metro Lianda Station, University Town South zone (Line1) and near Kunming South Railway Station. It is very convenient to stay here when you are expecting the early train for another cities. I access route to Vientian, Laos. You can see hotel signage Infront of building. Inside on G floor, there is a reception of the building, you can ask for the hotel name and the man will advise you go to hotel lobby on 16th floor. Staff is friendly (please use translator app for Chinese) The boss also recommended me the sightseeing places nearby. I stay 4 nights feel like home, comfort bed and amenities are well equipped, emergency Oxygen masks, TV, kettles, hot shower is immediate when need.

The hotel is in a good location. It is located near Kunming South Railway Station. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. The room facilities are complete, warm, hygienic and clean. Especially the boss and the landlady are very nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I booked this hotel when traveling to Yunnan and the return trip was not complete. He hesitated and continued to choose to stay at his house. Located in the 7th block, there are many restaurants downstairs and next to the university town. Very satisfied!
