Apartments in Bogota, Colombia

The hotel is Situated in a central part of the city, close to public transportation, landmarks, restaurants and shops. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room No 606 was clean and equipped with toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. There are no water bottles provided. Good value for money so I would recommend this hotel. Only thing to inprove is clarity during communication. I asked for hair dryer and an Iron that was not available in the room. The person who replied said we are coming to give it to you but it took more than “3 hours” waiting in the room. It is very important to be clear and indicate “when” you bring something missing.

A very nice short-term apartment stay in a wonderful neighborhood of Bogota, with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And if you like nightlife, there is much nearby in Chapinero. The kitchen comes with all the dishes and appliances you need if you wish to cook your own meals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with great city views. The bathroom however was very small and cramped, there was a leak in the sink, and the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor if you take long showers. The accomodation and service are a bit expensive for what you get, compared to some others in the area.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Room was clean and comfortable. Several bathrooms and showers are in the hotel which is convenient. Cooking area was simple but had everything we needed (microwave, stove, plates, bowls, etc). Located next to a nice coffee shop which is good for working or relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied for the price we paid.

I love the location! The apartment is beautiful and the building is very new. Just a short walk downhill to all the beautiful spots in the heart of Bogotá !

Owner was very helpful in organising late checkin for us. I was originally a but unsure of the area but it turned out okay, just a bit of noise from the street at night, however very close to the airport cost about 20,000 in an Uber. Room was clean and had everything!

Excellent location. It's a mixed-use building (apartments, hotel, and aparthotel). The hotel entrance (across from Juan Valdez) is on the opposite side from the aparthotel and apartments (it faces the main thoroughfare where the TransMilenio bus rapid transit system runs). It has parking, which is a great advantage. Very close to the Gold Museum (1 block) and the Emerald Museum. You can walk to the Chorro de Quevedo fountain and Bolívar Square. They are helpful with anything related to your stay and respond via WhatsApp. Response times can vary depending on occupancy, but they do reply. The room is fine. They offer housekeeping service (in my case, starting on the third night (I stayed four nights)).

Great stay overall. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The amenities were good, and the service was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The hotel is in their safe zone. There is a small park next to it, which is very safe at night. There is a McDonald's and a seafood restaurant (a little expensive) in the hotel. The hotel room is good, with a good balcony (very convenient for smokers). The only problem is that there is not enough mineral water in the room, only a coffee machine but no kettle. However, there is coffee and water in the lobby. The business area also has a balcony, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also rich... So far, it is the best NH hotel I have stayed in Bogota, comparable to a 5-star hotel... It is also convenient to take Uber wherever I go. I will choose this hotel next time
