Located in a typical Costa Rican area no cable TV, smart TV street parking, around the building, 24-hour video surveillance, security comes in the evening Please note: Additional services (extra towels, towel change, etc.) are subject to availability; a 10 dollars fee applies for additional services. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and prior arrangement. The fee for early check-in is 20 dollars. There is a laundry facility in the complex. The laundry is operated exclusively by the management company. The accommodation does not handle the issue of laundry access cards. Guests are responsible for obtaining and recharging laundry cards themselves. Laundry services are not included in the accommodation price and are charged separately! Please note that the swimming pool is part of the condominium's shared infrastructure and is managed solely by the complex's management. Management reserves the right to temporarily restrict or fully suspend access to the pool without prior notice (including for technical or sanitary reasons). Apartment owners are not involved in the management of the pool and have no influence on its closure or reopening dates.
