I quite like the apartment, but what bother me was just only how to obtain the key access. However, it was not that bad. I simply have to check in from the email and they will send you access code. Overall I give a thumbs up

Wanted to stay at that property once it was Lindner Hotels under JDV by Hyatt, still it did not fail to convince with astonishingly friendly service with arrival coffee and full spa experience pre check in, as unfortunately early check in was not possible! the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and the upscale suite was a truely unique apartment with high end amenities and a first class view, once arriving back in Frankfurt main the stay to be! Thank you at main Plaza Suites for an amazing stay!

AAngusThe hotel is nice. Dogs are allowed. The room is large and has a balcony. There is a park outside, which is very good for walking the dog. It is also very convenient and close to the river. It is very dog-friendly. I am very satisfied with the room and will stay here again in the future.

AAnonymous UserGreat location near the airport T2 and the free shuttle service from airport is good for travellers, although the pick up location at airport could be confusing as the bus doesn't pick up at hotel shuttle area but in front of gate 8/9.
Room is clean and tidy although small, but there's no facial tissue provided. Kitchen with full kitchen appliances plus tools is provided for those who cook. Laundry room is available at cost.

YYuan-yuanThe room is clean and tidy, the facilities are new and complete, and there is a small kitchen. The place is one stop away from Frankfurt Airport and very close to the exit of S8/S9. It is also very convenient to go to the city. When I went, the apartment building was still being renovated and the elevator could not be used, but there was security to help with luggage. Overall, I was satisfied and recommended.

LLinussLocation is excellent, just 5 minutes from the S-bahn station and only one stop away from the airport. If you fly from T2, it's even more convenient to just walk for 15 minutes.
The room is quite big as well, and having a Nespresso machine gives to it a nice classy touch. Having said that, the fact that soap-body soap-shampoo is all in one product is a bit disappointing.
The check in process needs to be a bit smoother, it's not intuitive at all.

It's auto check-in..you must do check-in and set room key-card by yourself on the touch screen..this is yet convenience when I forgot and left my key card in my room..I can set a new one by my self promptly at the front desk. About amenity..there are a bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo hand-soap baht-gel..and I didn't notice I thought it was hand soap. There was no drinking-water in a bottle in the room but there was a coffee-maker machine in the lobby. You can make a cup of hot cappucino for free. By overview..I do appreciate this accomodation.

It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip.
Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face.
Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast
