Its near the old town you could just walked there from the hotel . There is a cool tunnel with awesome graffiti !!! And you could ask for clean towels for beach and the pool. Got supermarkets and cash machine with walking distance . Bit far way from San Antonio, costed 30 euros for that . Buses are available for those organized 😁

Visited end April 2023 with my 72 year old mum and my sister. Arrived at the apartments which is only a 10 minute drive from the airport, we arrived early so our room was not ready however they did have the room ready an hour earlier than the check in, the lady at reception was lovely. She actually came to look for us to let us know the room was ready early. The room was a little dated (bathroom was modern) the terrace also was facing a wall but it was very clean which is all that matters to us. The reception, communal areas and pool were very modern and very clean. All the staff were very nice especially the girls serving round the pool area and restaurant. The owner and I think its his son were also very nice to us. Food & drinks were lovely and very well priced. The location is 10/10 absolutely amazing right on the beach. We also ventured to Ibiza town round the marina which is more lively in April as only a handful of places open in Playa d En Bossa in April. there is a taxi rank right next door to the apartments and a taxi to old town was only about 12 euro each way. I would highly recommend these apartments! Thank you to all the staff we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed for 6 days in an apartment type room with 2 and 5 year old children. I would like to visit again. good 1. It is true that there is a slope from the sea to the hotel, but it is a distance that even a 2-year-old child can walk. 5 minutes walk. 2. Stayed in room 776. The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning. 3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough. 8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee. 2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.

We was advised to come back after we put our luggage away into one of the rooms to come and collect a key for the third room we had booked. After traipsing through the misleading advertising for the hotel of which we was thought was to be clean and up kept was not we then came across our room and was disgusted at the smell of the room we had to leave immediately as we couldn’t breathe over the dampness & strong smelling of bleach to hide the disgusting smells.. we then carried on through to the next room and had no choice but to all nine of us hurdle in one room for the time being that we thought wasn’t going to be a long process. We then yet fine the condition of the room was hardly liveable yet presentable please find photos attached. We had found last visitors items in fold out bed and stale food in kitchen cabinets. Dirty marks and stains throughout the whole room. I’m shocked to be writing this but had to after we had the shower fall apart on us and flood our bathroom. Our toiletries was ruined yet to mention towels and cloths for 9 of us in one room. We didn’t want this to ruin our holiday so we then headed on out on our stay to enjoy the night life. Before we left we had strong stares throughout the hotel and felt targeted and unsafe we had to hide our belongings around the room as the safe was in useable and secure our balcony door with my partners belt as it didn’t lock securely and was put on a ground floor easy to burgle. After this we all headed back and still couldn’t get into the third room we had booked and paid for as reception wasn’t on at that time. We had no choice but all nine of us had to stay in one room when was supposed given and stayed in three rooms that we booked and paid for please find my booking if needed for proof. I really do hope this situation can be resolved and prevented for future use. I would like a full refund and compensation for me and my friends on this horrific stay that I couldn’t sleep at and wouldn’t wish or recommend to my worst enemy. And this is only half of it.

We booked a sea view but were originally given a room that faced the wall of the building next door … we were given a better room although were told it is very difficult!!! We booked this hotel as it was new and we were quite last minute so there was not a huge amount of choice. When we checked in, it was explained that they had only just opened and there may be a few teething problems, but to be honest, we had a really good experience. We had an upgraded room which was really spacious, and everything was fresh & new. The bed was on the firmer side but that doesn’t bother me. The hotel itself was quiet and in a quiet area which was perfect for us as we just wanted to chill during the day. A previous reviewer had said there was no a**osphere around the pool, but there was a DJ on and it was nice chill vibes which suited us perfectly. Set majority of staff are very friendly. The food and drinks we’re good. I would stay here again, and I think we have had it at its best time when it’s pretty quiet and everything is new. Sidenote… Taxis are a bit of a nigh**are in Ibiza. Reception help as much as they can but this is really not their issue. The issue is not enough taxis at peak times. We were a group of six so needed two taxis ordering and at times one would come straight away and we will be waiting almost an hour for the next , you can’t really hail them in the street either. It’s potluck I’m afraid.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

I stayed with my son, friend and her 3 children/teenagers. This was my first visit to Mallorca and I hope it won’t be the last. The Globales resort was exactly what we hoped for. The children (aged 10, 13, 14, 17) loved the safe and relaxed environment and enjoyed the lovely pool and football area. There was a relaxed feel to the place with children of all ages playing together. Andre was in charge of entertainment and did an amazing job providing activities for children of all ages including card games, darts, colouring, walking on water etc. Andre is a real asset to the resort, kind patient and a real superstar! The reception staff were also kind and helpful. With happy children, we were able to relax around the pool with a glass of rosé or two! The bar staff were absolutely superb, Luis ran the bar and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was friendly and cheerful and made everyone feel happy and relaxed. The staff were all lovely but Luis and Pablo were absolutely outstanding and really made our holiday. We had breakfast each day in the snack bar, the chocolate waffles were a real hit with the kids but there were several other choices. The snack bar was open during the day (until just before 6pm) serving all sorts of food. The studio and apartment rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need if you fancy a bit of self catering ( we didn’t do much of that). Both rooms had decent sized balconies too. Locally there are many restaurants catering for all tastes all within a short walk. There are also beaches and quiet coves to explore within walking distance and several gift shops and small supermarkets. If you’re looking for fun a relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Breakfast very good. The apartment is a bit simple but good mattresses and a good terrace. We liked that after leaving the apartment they store your luggage and leave you the entrance to the facilities and a room with a towel and shower in case you need it. Very friendly staff. We did not like that the music from the pool is heard a lot.

The room was spacious enough for two of us. It had a really good sized balcony too. The beds were large enough for the two of us friends who went. We found them comfortable. A good bonus was the size of the fridge as we expected only a mini fridge not a full on normal size fridge. This was useful for us keeping water, soft drinks and other drinks too! The bathroom was plenty big enough with a shower. The towels provided were on the small side though. The gym looked as though it had enough equipment in there but we didn’t use this. The main pool was an excellent temperature so there wasn’t that shock as we jumped in. Generally you could always get a bed next to each other and people were very respectful. It was a much quieter area. The second pool is a shallow pool and always quiet. The reception desk were always very helpful and very good at organising taxis.

Me and my bestfriend stayed here and liked it so much we have booked for next year. We had a room on the road side but didn’t bother us even when people were coming in at all hours. The room had air conditioning and a fridge which was even better as we drank a lot of water which is always better ice cold. The hotel staff were so lovely and always happy to help, there was always a young lad we see but can’t remember his name but he was always very helpful and even helped me try and find my towel that fell off the balcony lol sadly we never found it but was grateful for his help. We stayed by the pool a few times which was nice and quiet and it had a bar where you could buy food and drinks and the pool was lovely and clean and our room was cleaned every day so what else could we ask for. This hotel is the cheapest we found and cannot wait to return next year!!

We found the hotel pretty good, basic but clean. Useful to have the kitchenette in such hot weather. Pool area very quiet when we were there, tended to be busier in the afternoons where small groups would come and play music. I think as there’s no bar it would put some people off but we like the quiet during the day. Close to lots of amenities 5 mins walk, mini markets, shops, bars, restaurants etc. 5-10 mins walk to beach but bit further if you want a sunbed. Took us approx. 40 mins to walk to main bars such as Ibiza Rocks etc. which is a bit much in the heat of the day. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area if you don’t want a big night in the main Bay Area. Considering it’s San Antonio it was pretty quiet at night only one or two doors being slammed and people laughing and shouting so got pretty good sleep here if you’re wanting that.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are simple and economical. 🚗 Traffic: Easy parking and suitable for self-driving.

The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

I stayed with my son, friend and her 3 children/teenagers. This was my first visit to Mallorca and I hope it won’t be the last. The Globales resort was exactly what we hoped for. The children (aged 10, 13, 14, 17) loved the safe and relaxed environment and enjoyed the lovely pool and football area. There was a relaxed feel to the place with children of all ages playing together. Andre was in charge of entertainment and did an amazing job providing activities for children of all ages including card games, darts, colouring, walking on water etc. Andre is a real asset to the resort, kind patient and a real superstar! The reception staff were also kind and helpful. With happy children, we were able to relax around the pool with a glass of rosé or two! The bar staff were absolutely superb, Luis ran the bar and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was friendly and cheerful and made everyone feel happy and relaxed. The staff were all lovely but Luis and Pablo were absolutely outstanding and really made our holiday. We had breakfast each day in the snack bar, the chocolate waffles were a real hit with the kids but there were several other choices. The snack bar was open during the day (until just before 6pm) serving all sorts of food. The studio and apartment rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need if you fancy a bit of self catering ( we didn’t do much of that). Both rooms had decent sized balconies too. Locally there are many restaurants catering for all tastes all within a short walk. There are also beaches and quiet coves to explore within walking distance and several gift shops and small supermarkets. If you’re looking for fun a relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are simple and economical. 🚗 Traffic: Easy parking and suitable for self-driving.
