Ulla NurmenniemiI booked three nights for two persons with breakfast. Location is excellent and room is nice with sauna. BUT restaurant is closed, and NO BREAKFAST although paid for all the mornings. Hotel didn't arrange anything to eat in the morning. How bad service is that!! In addition it's spa hotel and swimming pool and saunas were closed. Quite a disappointment. On my opinion hotel staff should use a little imagination and innovative solutions to serve customers better. I guess they never heard about good service.

The room is large and comfortable, divided into a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is large, so you can cook your own meals and it is also convenient for traveling.
