The Studio, which is separate from the main house, has a comfortable living area with double glazed doors opening into a light and airy conservatory with roof and window blinds, which is pleasantly furnished. There is a shower room with toilet, wash-basin and walk-in shower with sliding door screen, a light above the mirror with shaving point, heated towel rail and wall heater. Bathroom cabinet. Toilet rolls. A galley kitchen is well equipped with welcome tea, milk, coffee and sugar, 2 ringed hob (no oven) standard fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/grill, and extractor fan. In the cosy open plan living space there is a small settee and cushions, a TV with in-built DVD and Freeview; free Wi Fi connection and electric heating throughout. (There is a charge for electricity in the colder months. The meter is read on departure and a fee is charged separately according to the units used). Air-conditioning unit in the summer months. Hair dryer. Torch. A comfortable kingside bed can be converted into twin beds, let us know if you require this. There are a selection of interesting books, magazines, games, playing cards and DVDs.
