Apartments in Adjara, Georgia

I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

A wonderful apartment with a stunning view. The sun sets beautifully. The amenities included toiletries, bed linens, and towels were excellent. The owner responded very quickly, and we checked in quickly. Also, there are a lot of other landlords in this apartment, as we were leaving for Tbilisi, and then we arrived and needed an apartment for the night, but this one was occupied. We booked with someone else, and everything was much worse there. So, I recommend this particular landlord.

When checking in, they didn't find a reservation, they said that these were private apartments and to call the phone number indicated in the reservation. Well, they answered right away and were surprised that the reception said so. They checked us in 2 hours early, for which special thanks, I was very tired after the flight. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable, there are some dishes and a kettle, coffee, tea in bags, a hairdryer. There was a nice view from the window. In 5 days, they came to clean the room once. Going down on the elevator is a quest 🤣 It is always packed, although there are 6 of them. In general, not bad, but there are a lot of people

Собственник адекватный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, напротив есть столовая, вкусно готовят, и магазин со всем необходимым. Апартаменты убрали, но не быстро, в итоге заселили спустя 2 часа (в 18.00). Персонал вежлив, приветлив. Лифты всегда забиты, ждать долго, так как гостей в отеле очень много.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.
