Our check-in time was late, and the front desk lady was very warm and smiled beautifully and quickly checked in for us. The room was pleasantly surprised, clean and tidy, and there was a balcony. The room has an induction cooker, tableware, microwave oven, etc. It is very convenient to cook. The most pleasant surprise is that it takes only three minutes to walk across a road from the old city tourist area. Decisively stay for two more days. It’s too OK to choose Antel for Kaniya tourism.

Sehr schönes Apartment!
The apartment was clean, modern and cozy. The guests were very friendly, price performance is absolutely appropriate. Specially great: air conditioning, drinking water and small snacks (cakes, cakes) are including – a really nice attention.
The only small manko: room 3 is located on the ground floor right on the street/walk, which makes you hear something more from outside. We haven't disturbed it, but you should know it.
We would certainly come back.

Mimo, iż miejsce znajduje się w samym centrum Starego Miasta i wieczorem słychać muzykę dobiegającą z podniosłych barów to jest to idealna lokalizacja, aby zarówno zwiedzić Chanie jak i dojechać do dalszych miejsc. Śniadanie podawane w głównym hotelu ok 100 metrów było wystarczające a obsługa potrafiła załatwić każdą sprawę, począwszy od usterki kranu skończywszy na załatwienie wynajęcia auta z dnia na dzień. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

A charming hotel in the heart of Retimno. Every trip was in this city but never stopped in the center and didn 't regret choosing this location) Near a bunch of cafes for morning unspeed coffee, rolling streets (do not shy to fold in the alleys - there is a lot of beauty and almost no tourists) , in 7 minutes walking a paid parking, almost a day I paid about 15 euros.
The room is chic - the environment, convenience, there are coats and slippers, excellent bed. I chose by the picture and everything turned out exactly as in the photo) The room on the first floor has a door in the alley, from it a little noisy evening, but I was so crawling for a day that without problems I fell asleep, although I sleep without a beer. From the morning wake the bell on the next church, it was probably the only inconvenience - but I suspect that so in any hotel in the center of Retimno will))

Very clean place , big spacious room, and wonderful view in the sea from balcony.
Easy way of check in and next to the bus station.
Excellent position in Heraklion with plenty of space to park.

I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!

WWade99Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

GGuest UserThe apartment is ground floor in a good spot in Heraklion. It is spacious , clean, and convenient with nice kitchen area, spacious pleasant bedroom and compact but nice shower room. The living area is spacious but the furniture is functional rather than luxury, and includes a simple sofa bed and single bed . The owner is attentive . However, although We were offered clean towels during our week stay they never turned up . Disappointing. . There is no where to hang wet towels other than on the furniture.
