The room was huge! It had two bedrooms, a living room, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The staff really paid attention to what guests said, even if you weren't specifically asking them to solve a problem; they'd try their best to meet your needs for anything you casually asked about. Plus, they were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions, they even drew a route map for me, just in case I couldn't find my way! 🤣 It's also super convenient for getting around to tourist spots.
The room is nice and spacious. Everything is clean and new. Check in steps are clear and unmanned which is suitable for me as I arrived only late at night.
The kitchen is shared but well equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, washing machines.
In particular, I appreciate the lights is sufficient in all areas of the room , the strong shower in bathroom, the balcony iof a good view and the prompt response of the host whenever I need her help.

GGuest UserConclusion: Five-star recommendation.
Pros:
1. Spacious, with separate areas for the bathroom, bed, kitchen, dining table, living room, and outdoor balcony. It's newly renovated, clean, and features a minimalist modern style with complete amenities, including a self-service laundry room.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher.
Cons:
When we arrived in the morning, the front desk promised us a high floor and specifically mentioned the 6th floor. We also did a pre-check-in and left our luggage. However, when we returned in the afternoon, they told us that due to a system error, we couldn't be accommodated on a high floor. They didn't even inform us proactively. It was only after we received our room card (on the 2nd floor, facing the main road) and questioned it that they casually said, 'The system is down, we're very sorry!' We secretly felt discriminated against, and it's highly likely that the good rooms on the high floors had already been given to others.
GGuest User**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!**
This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends).
The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless.
If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Grazie mille for a truly magical Florentine experience!
GGuest UserThe hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge.
Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro.
The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already.
There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros).
My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet.
But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.
문문카스It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

GGuest UserGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.
GGuest UserA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.
TThomasIt is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!
