I overslept and was late for check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful, and I wasn't charged any late fees. The hotel's proximity to the station was also a big plus. I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!

The accommodation is quite close to the station, and it was great that I could walk to places like Dotonbori. The place was clean, and even though it's unmanned, their response was quick and good! If I go to Osaka again, I'd definitely stay here.

Compared to places back home, it's definitely on the smaller side, but for Japan, the size is actually quite acceptable. It wasn't as cramped or dated as I'd imagined. With the lights on, it felt quite cozy, and the window provided good natural light. My only minor gripes were the lack of complimentary water and that housekeeping only came every three days. On the plus side, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is super convenient, and it's also very close to Tenkachaya Station. The neighborhood is residential and felt very safe, completely unlike what some online comments suggest about the 'western district' being full of homeless people; even at 9 or 10 PM, there were no drunks or homeless individuals around. Luggage storage is under camera surveillance with no staff supervision, which initially made me a little worried, but my bags were perfectly safe after half a day. All in all, it's very affordable and offers excellent value for money. 🫶

The location is superb, just across the street from Shin-Imamiya JR and Dobutsuen-mae. The room is clean, with enough space to open our luggage. It was also very convenient for my elderly travel companions who sometimes needed a nap; I could drop them off and then head out again. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 🥳

Excellent hotel with self check-in! 👍🏻 Everything was quick and convenient, and the room cleaning was top-notch, a solid 5 out of 5! The location is superb, right next to the metro. The room has all the amenities, and a TV with movies and anime, which is a huge bonus for me!

You can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness here. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.

The newly opened hotel was very clean and comfortable! The rooms were tidy and fully equipped, and there was even a washing machine in the room so I could do laundry anytime, which made me feel very secure. Although it's a self-service hotel, the check-in instructions I received via email beforehand indicated that there were staff at the counter, and the check-in process was very smooth. There was also a self-service coffee and tea bar in the lobby on the first floor, so I could drink as much as I wanted! I sent emails with any questions and received quick replies, which was reassuring. The location was also very convenient, right next to the Nipponbashi Shopping Street, making shopping very easy. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, perfect for sightseeing. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

The room was spotless and just one stop from the airport. It felt brand new! The self check-in system was a lifesaver, especially with the language barrier. It made for a perfect last night in Japan.

The room size was decent, and the bedding comfort was average. The facilities were quite comprehensive, though the bathroom was a bit small (all by Japanese hotel standards). There's a shared balcony, and the public area on the first floor is spacious, offering amenities like a first-aid kit, chopsticks, drinking water, and a microwave. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the Miyakojima subway station, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel operates on a completely self-check-in and check-out system (with a Chinese language option). Although you can store luggage in the public area on the first floor, I wouldn't recommend leaving valuables there.

MM54044****Let's start with the hotel itself – I was quite satisfied. It's just one subway stop from Kansai Airport, and the hotel is conveniently located about 200m from the subway station. There are drugstores and restaurants nearby that stay open late, which I found very convenient and would recommend.
**However, since it's a self-service hotel, it's not as straightforward as a traditional one.** You absolutely must check your email; about a week before your stay, the hotel will send you a link to fill in your check-in time, upload your passport, and other details. This step is crucial, otherwise, you won't receive the check-in password and instructions. In my experience, the emergency contact number provided by the hotel is very difficult to reach – it was constantly busy or engaged.
This time, I didn't check my emails and only realized an hour before arriving at the hotel that I had received a prompt to submit my details. It was already almost 9 PM, and I was worried the hotel staff might have finished for the day and wouldn't see my submission in time. So, I called Ctrip customer service for help via internet call. The platform's customer service was excellent; they resolved my issue within an hour. You can confidently book through Ctrip; their service is reliable.
KKarweiIt is very easy to check in and check out, and very very near to the subway station. Just 2-3 mins walk , very convenient and there i convenience store and many shops around. We book it for 6 adults and it’s quite packed, it is recommended for 4 pax and it would be very cozy place to rest. Recommend to stay if you are taking early flight like us. Just 2 station to airport.
BBrendadamowangFirst of all, the cleanliness was quite good. The bath towels, while not brand new, smelled nice and were still comfortable to use.
However, the accommodation itself was terrible. Firstly, the soundproofing was terrible. From around 7 PM to 11 PM, the upstairs neighbors were constantly running around, making it feel like the ceiling was about to collapse. Secondly, the tatami room window wasn't shaded, and car headlights kept flashing by, making it feel like sleeping on the street. Thirdly, the two lights in the room were always on, making it impossible to sleep well all night.
No wonder they provide earplugs in the room; I suggest adding eye masks as well. It's so tough for transit passengers.
GGuest UserExcellent location at Kiwata Station
Out of the station.
Just across the road.
It is self-check-in, there is no counter, on the day of check-in, the hotelier will pass the room number and the electronic password into the room to you by email.
Toothbrush, razor provided
The room I stayed in did not have an external window, the brightness in the room was not enough, a bit unaccustomed, cleanliness was still OK
If you are a quiet room or sensitive to manic sounds, you need to consider carefully.
The room I stayed in had been ringing and it was very uncomfortable during my stay.
(Not every room is like this)
The water cooker provided in the room is really historical
GGuest UserIt is very convenient to walk along the track from the nearest station by 5, but every time the train passes, you can hear a little sound. In midsummer, there are many cherry trees around the building, and you can hear the cherry blossoms early in the morning. Therefore, I can't sleep well unless I go to bed until the time when I start to hear the cherry blossoms from the last train.
However, the rooms are reasonably clean and very convenient because they have air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, microwave ovens and kitchenettes. It is also very good to have a supermarket in front of the station. Very good property of Cospa considering the price and time.
