The hotel is clean, affordable, and fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, detergent, and a hairdryer. It's quiet and a bit far from the station. Self check-in was private and hassle-free. I liked it very much and will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is ideally located across from the train station and a short walk to the Metro. Next to shopping centre and a short walk to Dobtonbori. The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted with luggage transfer to Tokyo. Our luggage was brought out by hitel staff in Tokyo when we checkwd in. Washer/Dryer also very useful on a long trip. Highly recommend.

This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^

This Osaka trip, I chose to stay at an Airbnb near Dotonbori, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions ever 🥹✨ The location was amazing — just a few minutes’ walk to all the food and entertainment spots. At night, we could casually go out for snacks and stroll around anytime. The room itself exceeded expectations. It was super clean, modern, and decorated in a cozy Japanese minimalist style. We could fully open our luggage without feeling cramped at all, and the bed was so soft that I slept like a baby every night. Another thing that impressed me was the convenience. Everything was nearby — Don Quijote, convenience stores, train stations, and popular cafés. Getting around was incredibly easy too. Whether going to Shinsaibashi, Namba, or even USJ, everything felt super accessible. The host was also really kind, replied quickly, and the check-in process was smooth with zero issues at all.

The room was small but pretty clean. The only downside was no bathtub, which felt a bit strange for a trip to Japan! The soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the subway and noises from the next room, so light sleepers should be aware. However, the bed and pillows were really comfortable! The location was excellent, less than a 10-minute walk straight to the subway, and there's a large supermarket right across the street.

Highly recommended it is almost like a studio. They have kitchen separate of the room. And everything is clean they have laundry and laundry dryer

We had a pleasant 1-night stay in Osaka as a family of 4. The room was clean and equipped with 2 double beds, with enough space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth despite there being no on-site lobby staff, remote assistance was available, and the instructions provided at the lobby were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

Check-in was a breeze, and the instructions were super clear! The facilities are excellent, and I especially appreciated the clothes drying rack and the washing machine with a QR code for instructions – very thoughtful. The room overall was spotless, but the toothbrushes provided weren't the best quality. I'd suggest adding a small trash can in the bathroom for disposing of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Oh, and the toast and cake at the nearby cafe were delicious!

The newly opened hotel was very clean and comfortable! The rooms were tidy and fully equipped, and there was even a washing machine in the room so I could do laundry anytime, which made me feel very secure. Although it's a self-service hotel, the check-in instructions I received via email beforehand indicated that there were staff at the counter, and the check-in process was very smooth. There was also a self-service coffee and tea bar in the lobby on the first floor, so I could drink as much as I wanted! I sent emails with any questions and received quick replies, which was reassuring. The location was also very convenient, right next to the Nipponbashi Shopping Street, making shopping very easy. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, perfect for sightseeing. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!
