Immaculate place, highly functional with everything you need, just like a home. For young travellers like us, we were looking for somewhere that is clean, convenient, flexible, safe, practical, affordable - and this place has it all! Some major highlights⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The room is very specious for two person and can fully open large suitcases. - comes with a well equipped kitchen, inc pots, pans, crockery, cutleries, knifes, dishwashing stuff - typical Japanese bathroom with washing machines and detergent provided. Only hang drying space is available in the balcony. - self serviced amenities at reception, has everything from ear plugs, to trash bags. - cleanliness of this place is top notch. Overall well-maintained. - has usb port for charging and convenient socket port on bedside. - has a balcony with a lovely view and hang drying space. - self serviced check-in: hassel free with clear instructions to lock box, passcodes through efficient communication. - AC works great, dimmable lights, OTT TV - closest train/metro station Tegachaya 6-8mins away, kobini just few steps down the road, supermarket 8mins away. In a Quiet residential neighbour. Some other points to note: - Bed is on the softer side, not ideal for me but sure will suit some. Was truely surprised for the value of money of the apartment, thank you for making it such a good stay!!

A very nice room in Osaka, clean, large, convenient to travel, the owner is very nice, if I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant 1-night stay in Osaka as a family of 4. The room was clean and equipped with 2 double beds, with enough space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth despite there being no on-site lobby staff, remote assistance was available, and the instructions provided at the lobby were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although the space is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, kitchen, and cooking utensils. We especially loved the balcony, as it was perfect for drying our clothes every day. What impressed us the most was the host's kindness and hospitality. We arrived in Osaka after a long flight, feeling exhausted and sleep-deprived, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. The host kindly accommodated our request at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Being able to rest before exploring Osaka made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again!

Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

This is slightly later than some traditional hotels, so plan your arrival accordingly if you have heavy luggage. • Digital Check-in: The process is entirely online. Make sure you have a charged smartphone and internet access (or the check-in details saved offline) before you arrive at the property. Pro-Tips for Shinfukae 1. Early Arrival: Since the check-in is digital and at 4:00 PM, check if the hotel offers a luggage drop-off area. If not, the nearby metro station likely has coin lockers where you can store your bags while you grab a bite nearby. 2. The Local Area: Shinfukae is a more residential, quiet part of Osaka. It’s a great place to experience a ”local” vibe away from the neon lights of Dotonbori, with some authentic izakayas tucked away in the side streets. 3. Transit: From Shinfukae Station (Sennichimae Line), you are only a few stops away from Tsuruhashi, which is famous for its vibrant Korean market and incredible yakiniku (BBQ).

Prime location, near major station which we can go directly to the airport. The only problem is about the noise from some machine in the room I guess. At around 3AM, there was some beep beep sounds which woke me up. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. I would definitely book this hotel again if I go to Osaka next time :D

Decent location, 10 minute walk from station Clean well cared for and good size rooms. Basic but good amenities. Microwave in foyer, fridge in room. No parking, had trouble finding coin parking that waa close, the 711 next door has parking but crazy expensive. Was noisy. I could hear the person above me stomping their feet and the chinese family talking loudly through the walls. Loud conversations in the hallway was also really loud from my room. Finally self check in opens at 3pm. Nice and simple check in and out a code / qr code. But note there are no staff prior to 3pm. So leaving your bags are at your own risk.

I am really satisfied with this room. It's spacious and can accomodate more than 4-6 people except a small toilet. It's good for budget. Elevator card is designated so that others can not stop my floor and has no security problem. It takes 7 minutes from Shin-imamiya staion(JR) and 6 minutes from Ebyscho station. Mega DonKihote and Shinsekai takes 5-7 minutes by walking . I will stay again if I visit OSAKA.
