The location is perfect for exploring Osaka! It's within walking distance to Tenkachaya Station, making it super convenient to get to Kansai Airport via the Nankai Electric Railway. Transfers to Namba and Universal Studios are also smooth. The room is more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, allowing you to fully open your luggage. It's clean, and the bathroom has stable water pressure. The balcony is a plus for drying clothes, and the washing machine and refrigerator are a great convenience. Self check-in was easy. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops nearby, making daily life very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The location is a great walking distance from Shin Osaka Station. The room is big enough to accommodate our family of 5. It's like a home away from home vibe, we were able to cook our own food during the days we were not able to roam around due to heavy rain. The only thing that needs improvement is the bed. The hardest bed that my back laid down and the bed spring almost protruded and almost touched my back. Over all it is good, the only downside is the bed.

The environment is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It's just right for two adults. The facilities are comprehensive, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils, a laundry cabinet, detergent, and a refrigerator – everything you need. The location is quiet, near a school district. There's a large supermarket nearby, and you can walk to the Tsutenkaku commercial area. Getting to and from Kansai Airport is also very convenient, with a direct route requiring no transfers, which is extremely handy.

The hotel is clean, affordable, and fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, detergent, and a hairdryer. It's quiet and a bit far from the station. Self check-in was private and hassle-free. I liked it very much and will definitely stay there again.

Check in process was seamless even though it is self check in, just scan a QR code and submit the necessary details and ur room number and digital lock code will be presented. Big enough for a solo traveller, people with large luggage might find it difficult to open their luggage but nevertheless it was sufficient. Amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush/toothpaste and towels were provided as well with the option of grabbing more at the lobby if needed. The hotel was about a 5 minutes walk from Shin-Fukae metro station which is convenient. Convenient stores are also less than 5 mins walk away. Overall, i had a pleasant stay👍🏻

Great location, and the self check-in was really convenient. It's super close to Tenkachaya Station, but still very quiet, so I slept soundly at night. The hotel provides toiletries, and there's a smoking area right outside. It has AC, a fridge, and a TV. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small.

The bed was a bit small, but there was enough space and the air conditioning was nice and cool. Self-check-in was very convenient. No problems even when checking in late at night, it was simple, convenient, and fast. I would stay again. The price is cheap and the location is good.

I am really satisfied with this room. It's spacious and can accomodate more than 4-6 people except a small toilet. It's good for budget. Elevator card is designated so that others can not stop my floor and has no security problem. It takes 7 minutes from Shin-imamiya staion(JR) and 6 minutes from Ebyscho station. Mega DonKihote and Shinsekai takes 5-7 minutes by walking . I will stay again if I visit OSAKA.

Our whole family absolutely loved this hotel. It's a chain, and we saw them in many places around Osaka. First, the location: It's very close to both Daikokucho and Imamiya subway stations, about a five-minute walk from each. Namba Station is just one stop away, which is a major hub where you can catch various train lines, including the express train to Kansai International Airport. Next, the hotel facilities and service: The front desk staff were incredibly professional and service-oriented. Every time we passed by, they would stand up, bow, and greet us. Their English was also excellent, and check-in was seamless. Perhaps it's because the expensive and tiny hotels in Tokyo left a lasting impression on us, but when we first opened the door to our room here, we were all delighted. The room was bright and spacious, with a very practical design. Each room came with a washing machine, and a full set of pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and a refrigerator were all provided. It's not far from the market and supermarket, making it very convenient to cook your own meals. They also provided plenty of bath towels and extra tissues. We booked a four-bed room, which is quite rare in our home country, and the children found it very exciting. There's also a small park with some children's playground equipment about 100-200 meters from the hotel. We're so grateful to this hotel and its staff for leaving us with such wonderful travel memories. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan.
