I stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long 21-hour flight. When I arrived, the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. He told me I could call anytime if I needed assistance, which I appreciated.
However, the phone in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this became a problem the next morning. When I woke up and went out for an early walk—since it was my first time in Casablanca—I opened my door and stepped directly onto a flooded hallway. I was staying on the second floor and had no idea there was water outside. As a result, my socks and winter slippers got completely wet.
I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was still not functioning. I then went downstairs to inform the staff, but there was no one at the front desk at that time.
When I first arrived, I was impressed by how the room looked. However, I noticed that there were no bathroom slippers or hotel slippers provided, which was uncomfortable, especially since it is winter.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby cafés and restaurants, which is a plus.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, working in-room communication, front desk availability, and basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
Hello, our stay was pleasant, the staff was very friendly, but we booked for 3 people while the tax charged was for 4.
Please take the necessary steps to correct this.

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
The shower capacity is not large enough to support shampoo and bath, others are perfect, service and environment, opposite the Carrefour door 300 meters is the bus to any tourist attractions

AArturThe hotel is located on the coast line and very nice choice for 1-2 nights stands. The suits are equipped with kitchenette and laundry machine. The breakfast is standard nothing specious. Recommended to stay
DDanRodgersThe whole breakfast arrangement here was hopeless. The breakfast room was not set up, there was little food, It was of poor quailty, The few staff that were there were all focus on empty VIP room not for normal guests.Simple request were met with curt responses. No cleaning table, No forks, No Tissue, The binding tape is still on the rock melon skin. Wait a half hour to get juice. Only 4 table less 10 people at that time. The wall mounted AC controls do nothing and the instructions on the panel dont help. The real AC control panel is near the ceiling! The hotel was a 5 min walk to corniche and Mosque.

SSCThe room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence
