Apartments in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

Mohammed was a wonderful host with great communication throughout our stay and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfy and so was the sofa bed according to my son. Lots of tea, coffee,sugar and other spices in the flat too so no need to bring or buy any of that. A real bonus was lots of universal power points all around the apartment for charging phones and devices. Towels , shower gel,shampoo, hairdryer and hair straighteners all provided too. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. I have been to Marrakech many times and prefer to stay in this area as it's a good walk to the Medina and has some great restaurants nearby, where you pay local prices not tourist prices ! For most tours a pickup point is at the station which is a 2 minute walk away. Mohammed printed out our return flight tickets for us and also booked us a cheap taxi to the airport too (again local price not tourist). Would definitely return here again. Great value and service. Unfortunately, the hotel does not match the photos advertised. The room looks very outdated — peeling walls and worn furniture. The view from the window was also not what we expected. However, the staff were very kind, helpful, and polite, which we truly appreciated. Due to the mismatch between the advertised conditions and reality, we did not stay for the second night and decided to look for better accommodation elsewhere.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perfect for anyone needing to be near the airport—just a short drive away, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient. The space itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The surrounding area has everything you might need, from restaurants and cafes to shops, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up essentials without going far. Overall, it was a stress-free and comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area, whether it’s for a quick stopover or a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night.

I originally booked this apartment because it was a modern apartment with an elevator, so I didn't have to carry luggage manually like a traditional riad. But I experienced the horror of the elevator here. After entering the elevator, all the buttons did not respond after going up, including the alarm button. Moreover, the interior of the elevator is small and stuffy, and can only accommodate one person and one piece of luggage. I had no choice but to bang on the door and shout for help. Fortunately, someone heard the sound and came out. I immediately went to the front desk, but was told calmly: Their elevator requires three fingers to be pressed together and the knuckles to be pressed together. **! After traveling so many places, the first time I encountered the elevator buttons, I needed special training! I suggest those who are timid not to choose this restaurant.

Ma famille et moi avons passé 2 nuitées dans ce très joli appartement. Tout était au rdv: propreté (et Dieu sait qu’on est très difficile sur ce point là), design et l’hospitalité à la marocaine. Bien qu’il soit en centre ville, l’appartement est insonorisé: on n’entends ni les bruits extérieurs et ni les voisins (pourtant la résidence était complète). Présence de climatiseurs central et d’appoint (dans chaqu’une des chambres). On a pas senti les 40 degrés de l’extérieur. Dans la cuisine, on y trouve frigo, machine à laver, bouilloire, cafetière, plancha, four à micro onde et table de cuisine. Et tout ça en état irréprochable. Pour la voiture, un garage en sous-sol est dispo, plus un parking privé. Je remercie tout particulièrement Khawla pour son accueil et son joli sourire et Houcine qui est d’une serviabilité extraordinaire. Ils feront de votre expérience un séjour inoubliable. Mention spéciale au proprio qui est un monsieur humble et courtois. Je recommande à 1000%.

Conveniently located apartments with late check-in available. It's a 20-minute walk to the Medina, 15 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and 15-20 minutes to the bus and train stations. There are two shops nearby. We ended up with a very basic room – no nightstands by the beds, no wardrobes or hangers, and the hooks in the bathroom were falling off. We didn't bother complaining or asking to be moved as we were only staying for less than three nights. Plus, we booked it just three hours before checking in because our previous *********** host canceled on us.

It is very close to the Marrakech train station in Morocco. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around, making shopping very convenient. The front desk service was good, the room was clean, and we stayed there for several nights.

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool was good and moreover the ambience is really good. Friendly staff is a highlight.

État général plutôt propre. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Bonne emplacement avec plusieurs choses à faire ou voir à proximité. Pour ma chambre j'avais un peu froid même avec chauffage allumé.
