Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank. Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods. Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family. Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

The room is the same as the picture, and the toilet water heater or shower water heater may be a little less clean. If you are sensitive, you may think it's not good. Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.
