The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The value for money was excellent, and the night view from the balcony was incredibly therapeutic.

The Condominium is in between KSL and Holiday Plaza. Very convenient location. Everything is good and new. Too bad the infinity pool is closed for servicing. The 1st night stay was slightly noisy at night from the noise of motorcycles. Avery management is sweet to provide us with complimentary earplugs. Avery management also provided us with free use of Netflix. The aircon was super powerful and the compound is secured with guards on 24/7 duty. Free parking was provided at level 3 and 4 of the building. We will definitely stay here again when we come to JB. Thanks Avery staff for your excellent services provided!

Check in is easy with clear instructions. Place is clean and no frills.. love the fact that they have got filtered water for drinking. However 1st night, the water pipe burst and caused some inconvenience for us. Went down to The security guards and they helped to switch off the main water switch quickly. So had no water over the night till morning where the recep sent someone to fix it at Abt 9plus.. as this is not really a hotel stay, don't expect 24/7 recep services. responsiveness is considered very efficient.. if not for the water pipe burst, the stay is great.. and the security guards are really friendly and helpful...thumbs up to them .

Criticisms first: Toilet paper has blood on it upon check in and windows clearly has smudges on it. Reception told me to pick up new toilet paper from downstairs. I think realistically, you won't get full hotel service but the bloody toilet paper really made me feel very grossed out and I wish I didn't have to touch it. Positives: apart from that, the room was actually really comfortable and spacious. Floors, sheets and toilet was clean. Didn't use the kitchen but it was clean too. We stayed near the lift but it wasn't noisy. Overall, I think it's worth to stay here. I had good sleep and easy check in/out service.

I would like to feedback on the mattress because it is making noise when i am turning my body (noise from the mattress spring) and the extra pillow in the cupboard should have pillowcase on it. The cleanliness of the basin can be better. Location is excellence - near to KSL where you can go eat, shopping , massage easily. Would stay there again. Thanks

Agent provide a free upgrade to R&F princess cove Phase 2 unit instead of the current unit that I booked. We are grateful enough to have a stay in R&F Airbnb as it just a 15 mins walk to CIQ. The unit is clean, and big enough for 3 pax accommodation.

Room is at the busy road and next to construction site, had difficult time sleeping at night, had to nap in afternoon. Love the powerful hair dryer, wanted to buy one too. Didn't use the washer because it does not have dryer function. Cross the small zebra crossing opposite has local cooked food. Can stay at other rooms but not 17-07 for us due to the noise of busy road whole night motorcycles vroom past, even pillow can still hear the noise and woke up by noise. Windows closed, curtain closed still very loud. Owner is very prompt with messages. Thank you for the clean house.

stayed for a night so it satisfy the needs. The apartment looks like the pictures and the AC was cold enough, the game station was a hit for kids. A lot of food nea by. Room for improvement will be the toilet bowl lid slams down with a very loud sound. Also, unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance with no signage indicating that. Shortly after We went into the pool at 11am the security guard told us the pool was closed and asked that we get out of the pool.

Instructions to check in simple and clear, apartment easily accessed from JB Sentral via covered walkway. Various restaurants and other shops in the mall just located below the apartments. Many other tourist attractions are walkable from apartment.
