Videos and location to collect key card provided after booking confirmed. Asked for an early check in. Easy access to eateries, a mall opposite, mini marts below. Gym and pool at level 8. Clean, quiet and great for a short get away. Perfect for solo traveler, business trip, families and couples who wants some quiet holiday.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! I originally booked a queen room, but to my surprise and delight, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to two rooms for free. It was a wonderful surprise and truly touched me. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the space was very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and they handled things efficiently, making the entire check-in process very smooth. This experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance and will also recommend it to my friends!

Check in is easy with clear instructions. Place is clean and no frills.. love the fact that they have got filtered water for drinking. However 1st night, the water pipe burst and caused some inconvenience for us. Went down to The security guards and they helped to switch off the main water switch quickly. So had no water over the night till morning where the recep sent someone to fix it at Abt 9plus.. as this is not really a hotel stay, don't expect 24/7 recep services. responsiveness is considered very efficient.. if not for the water pipe burst, the stay is great.. and the security guards are really friendly and helpful...thumbs up to them .

Everything was great, just had a little trouble finding the place, wasn't sure which building it was near, like whether it was the same building as CartonKing. It would be best to include a daytime photo of the building. After getting the room card and elevator card, I had a bit of difficulty with the elevator, but it was fine after I figured it out. It was very convenient that there were staff members available at each elevator entrance on the second floor to ask questions! Thank you!

The place is very clean and nice. Room is suitable for a solo traveller. Nearby has all the eateries and other amenities. Will intro to friends and come by again.

Agent provide a free upgrade to R&F princess cove Phase 2 unit instead of the current unit that I booked. We are grateful enough to have a stay in R&F Airbnb as it just a 15 mins walk to CIQ. The unit is clean, and big enough for 3 pax accommodation.

The view from the unit's balcony is world-class, but unfortunately, the door lock is loose, and the laundry balcony door can only be opened from the outside, not locked from the inside. This made us feel unsafe. Sometimes at night, we'd hear noises and have to go outside to check, worried someone might enter in the middle of the night. We even had to rig something to tie the doorknob. The unit itself is well-equipped, but the shower water pressure was insufficient, very weak, and the hot water wasn't hot enough, only lukewarm. We stayed for 5 nights, and they didn't provide extra garbage bags, luckily we brought our own. The bedding was clean, but there were always ants in the living and dining area. Even after wiping the table several times, the ants kept coming back. I hope the host makes some improvements to ensure guests feel more secure and comfortable during their stay.

We have a cozy stay over at space residency by nest home! The check in procedure and parking access was seamless (in fact by far the best one so far)! We have chosen the highest floor 56-05 and the view was awesome and 2 BR is just nice for 4 of us. The nostalgic Nintendo game console made our day, we introduced some classic games to our kids and they enjoyed too!
